The Surprise {5}

*ding dong*

Rang my doorbell. I was so excited to tell mum what had happened. The plan *i hoped* would work brilliantly.
I would walk in the house and tell my mum about my day as usual and pretend that nothing had happened. Then Ellie would walk in and say
"Oh no Ella you are wrong something exciting did happen today!" And all would be revealed...

I walked in my house and sat down in the kitchen. I said hi to my mum and told her about all my boring lessons. She said "anything exciting happen today pet?" I was just about to respond and say no then my mum said "Can you hear something coming from outside?" I stuttered and said no. And my mum let me carry on. We talked for a bit and then I gave my signal. A quick bang on the table and then Ellie would appear revealing the truth.

I knocked once. No sign. Oh no. I knocked twice. And I heard a crash and lots of shoes fell on the floor.

"Erm sorry about that!" Said a voice.
"Oh my god!" Exclaimed my mum
"Actually Ella don't you think you have something to explain to your mum." Said Ellie emerging from behind the kitchen door.

My mum had a look of pure shock on her face and she was shaking. I hope in excitiment.

Me and Ellie told the news to my mun and she couldn't belive her ears. She screamed and danced around the room. I had never see her more excited in her life! It was like the time in Charlie and the chocolate Factory when Charlie gets a Golden Ticket and his Grandpa jumps out of the bed with excitment and dances around.

After about an hour my mum had calmed down. She said " Oh well done my Darling i can not believe it!"
Then her face fell and she started to cry. I nelt down by her and asked her what was wrong. "You, it's you Ella you are going to leave me."

I didn't have a father my Mum would be on her own. I hadn't thought about this before. I was so wound up in tge thought of being famous that i hadn't thought about the person who got me there. My Mum.
