Just got to the last hospital, but I was thinking a lot on the ride there. Me and one of the guys on the ambulance talked on my way there. He probably thought I was scared since I kept my head down and hardly looked up. It was small talk, and then once we got there I noticed that they were waiting for nurses to come out outside to be able to transition me inside.
A woman nurse came out and was gonna help but went back inside. A male nurse came out and he was good looking. Him and one of the ambulance guys was taking me inside, and there was a cold breeze while heading in the building. Still had the oxygen tube on me, and the nurse asked me if I still needed it. I nodded yes, and so they took it with me to the room they placed me in. The nurses and aligned the gurney to the hospital bed, then they picked me up with the sheet that was under me then moving me onto the hospital bed.
Then two female nurses told me that I would need to wear the gown. I listened to them and by this point mom was just coming in the room. The nurses told mom I needed to change, then she started hold my clothes for me. I put on the gown, then the nurses started to put these sticky things on me. While the nurses were doing that they were explaining to me why they were putting it on me. So I understood that I needed it on to check my heart and that sort of stuff. Then I saw a needle and noticed that it was going to into my skin. I'm not a big fan of needles and I started to suck it up and just to let one of the nurses do it. The nurse that was handling the needle asked which arm I prefer, and I said my right arm. The nurse started to put the needle in my arm. I don't like the feeling of at all, and after a while I didn't know how cold my arm would feel.
A nurse started asking questions and were trying to figure out why I fainted. The woman asked if I was pregnant and/or sexually active. I said no real fast, cause I knew I wasn't and was still a virgin. Then started to ask when I started my monthly, and I said that I was still on my period and started a couple days ago. So she asked me more questions related to my period. Then she went out the room and I had to give them a urine sample just to make sure, even though I knew I wasn't. By the time the doctor told me and my mom that it was this long word but basically meant blood pressure dropped and it's very common.
I couldn't believe this happened and it honestly felt like a dream. But it wasn't because I felt everything that happened. I learned a lot that day.
