This morning was just like all the others in my school life. Get up, eat breakfast, get dressed, and go to school. On the ride I plugged in my headphones and listened to my favorite MCR playlist. Music has always been my get away after my parents died, but I cant listen to any of the good stuff around my foster mom though. Only christian music. No upbeat stuff, just the old fashion hymns. One time she caught me listening to Teenagers and she grounded me for weeks. I don't feel bad about keeping the fact that i'm gay as fuck a secret.
I got to school and went to my locker to put my books away until third period. I started to my first class. Yay! the one class I actually like. The teacher, Mr.Edwards , is by far the craziest teacher I've ever had. He'd never care if you were late for class or if you even came, he would always say, "Its not me who should care, I'm done with school, its you who's gonna fail."
First and second period went by super quick. i was on my way to my locker to get my books when little-Mrs.-perfect-Jessica was heard stomping down the hall in her three in. heels which I swear could impale someone. She pushed me out of her way and yelled, "Move it nerd!" Not far behind her was her champion, swim team leader, and might I add HOT, boyfriend Daniel Martinez. He quickly walked down the hall apologizing to every one Jessica had pushed down. We locked eyes for just a moment before he was down the hall after his bitchy girlfriend. I felt myself starting to blush when some one whispered in my ear, " Hello, its me," i quickly spun around to see who it was and sure enough it was my two best friends George and Tammy. "What the heck is wrong with you. You scared the shit out of me!" i was actually expecting to see them because the class they just got out of, robotics , is right next to my locker. We started heading to our third period class. For me algebra 1, and for them language arts.
School ended and i was on my way to my seat in the back of the us. I sat down, put in my headphones, and closed my eyes. It wasn't two minutes after when my earbud was ripped out of my ear and fell into my lap. " Hey whats your probl-" I shut my mouth when i saw who was standing above me. It was John. Second in command on the swim team and Daniels best friend. "Move it NERD!" he yelled. the rest of the team behind him started to chuckle. i wanted to keep my head that day, so knowing what was good for me, I grabbed bag, fixed my beanie, and moved to a seat away from them. I sat down just as Daniel was walking by. Once again, we locked eyes and blushed. Suddenly a boom of shouts came from the back of the bus. It was the swim team celebrating their champions arrival. I uncontrollably blushed but tried to hide it by looking out the window. It was at that moment, on the bus, that i realized... i have a crush!
