i get to school in a terrible mood. i walk over to my locker getting out my science book. as i'm doing this, my best friends since forever, emily, hannah, and kim walk up to my locker. they see the look on my face and ask me what's wrong. i told them i would explain at lunch and walked to my science class.
the bell for lunch rang and i nervously walked out of my math class knowing i'd have to explain everything to emily, hannah, and kim. i walk into the cafeteria and see them sitting at a table so i walk over. "ok so what's wrong" emily said. i look down for a minute and finally say "my dad told me this morning that we're moving to england on saturday. then in third hour he texted me that wednesday would be my last day at this school."
"WHAT"-the three of them yelled and they all started tearing up, which made me tear up. ya i know. the four of us decided to spend as much time as possible so we had a sleep over at my house until it was friday night. we all decided to go to our favorite restaurant, outback. when i walked in i was shocked at what was right before my eyes. it was a surprise going away party. i tried so hard not to cry. after hanging for three hours we went back to my house.
it was 9:30 pm and time for us to say our goodbyes. we all hugged and cried which lasted for what seemed like hours. i was so devastated leaving my home of philly and my best friends.
