Motivation

I dunno how about you, but I train every day.
Usually about 10.00-10.30pm and 6.40-6.45am.
I started when I saw that I can't do as much sit ups or stand that long in plank like the rest of my class on PE. I started to do simple things, whitch wasn't hard that much. But guess what: I did it regularly. I started doing like 30 sit-ups and stretch every day. After a week I saw, that I'm as good as girl that goes on trainings and all this stuff. After 2 weeks, I was better.
Now I just finished training for today. I'm training about 5 weeks. I've lost about 2 kg. For 2 weeks till niw I'm doing 144 sit-ups a day. I stand 4 planks two for 1 min and 2 for 15 sec. When I startet my training took me about 30 min. Now, after adding a lot of things, it takes me still 30 min.

Maybe there's konna be people who will say that they're way better, but I am proud of myself. I feel way better phisical and psychical.

All I wanted to say, is that I don't do a lot, but I earn a lot. What is the hardest to do, is to finaly do it. I don't mean it's hard to train. But it's hard to force yourself to do it. All because were all lazy. Some more, some less but we all do.
It's just like circle. It's hard to brake into, but when you do, it'll push you itself.
