Finding Cinderella

CHAPTER 3

JASON P.O.V

Since today was Friday. Leia slept over at my place.

We spent our time watching movies and eating popcorn. First we watched Paranormal Activity 1 and then we watched Thor 2. It was Leia's turn to pick the movie, and I was prepared for the worst.

"Dear John !" Leia decided.

"No way !" I said. The last time we watched that you cried."

"So did you."

I felt my cheeks turn red. Leia started laughing like an idiot. I tackled her and she fell on the couch.

I fell on top of he. We were both staring aech other's eyes. Her eyes were really pretty, they were a perfect shade of brown. Then she started laughing as she started pushing me away. I laughed.

"You smell like tuna!" She screamed.

"I know you love it!"

"Get out tuna fish!"

I finally stood up. Leia put the movie in the playerand sat down beside me.

"What happens in the story again?" I asked.

Leia rolled her eyes "The boy and girl are in love. The boy goes to military. Then he comes back home, only to find out the girl he loves is married>"

"Oh.....," I said.

I couldn't imagine a life like his, seriously. A girl he loved so much left him.

I had a lot of girlfriends, but none of them lasted for more than a month.

It felt weird, actually I had like millions of girlfriends, and my best friend never got her first kiss yet it felt so....... awkward.

Then I felt Leia wrap her arms around me. I looked at her. She was crying.

"I knew you'd cry!" I laughed

"Oh, shut up!"

I wrapped her into a hug and I let her cry into my shirt.

"When a boy breaks your heart, I'll do the same thing he's doing." I said, pointing ta the TV.

The boy wrapped the girl in his arms. They were laughing. Then he kissed her.

"Minus the kissing." I added.

Leia smiled.

And her smile brightened up my day.
