flower pngs
Phonto
PicsArt
Polarr (optional)
number one: open your background in PicsArt. add flower pngs first, with the B&W filter. add your person png in the circle. erase any unnecessary parts.

number two: add a filter (I used Dodger and a bit of B&W) to make the graphic look better.
