Lost. That’s what I am. I was just hiking through the forest and somehow I got lost. I don’t know where I am or where I’m going, I’m just lost. I have to find somewhere to make camp, good thing I brought my bag with me with all the essentials I'd need.
~rustle, rustle~ what was that?!
I turn around and find the source of the noise, a bush that’s shaking.
I get closer and something jumps out at me.
I fall back and scream, “AHH!”I open my eyes and find a little white rabbit, with black spots, on my chest.
I laugh and shake my head, jokingly I say, “oh wow, it’s just a rabbit, hope it doesn’t kill me.”
It stares at me for a bit then jumps off of me and starts hopping towards a bush, it then stops and stares at me again.
“You want me to follow you, eh? Well alright.” I get up and dust myself off and follow the bunny.
It leads me to this clearing that looks to be an abandoned campsite. It has an old fire pit in the middle and on a log there’s an old radio with a speaker to talk into.
“Thanks little guy.” I say towards the bunny.
It just hops towards the fire pit and lays down. I hand it some greens that were in my food pack as a thank you. It doesn’t seem to eat much of them, weird. I get up and go towards the radio.
After a bit I figure out how to use it; I contact the rangers and they say that a helicopter will be there by afternoon tomorrow depending on my coordinates.
Good thing my compass didn’t break when I landed on it earlier after the rabbit jumped on me. I say thanks and goodbye.I got the fire going and now I’m cooking some beans n pork that I had in my food pack with a small pan I found off to the side of the clearing. Afterwards I pet the rabbit and lay down near the fire since the nights starting to get cold…
“Guys I think we found something!” as the helicopter crew lands they see a campsite.
They search around for a bit and then they find the hiker. Dead. A huge hole in him and a gash in his neck. One of the crewmen throws up.
“Must’ve been a bear.” The leader concludes. Then, out of the bushes a little white rabbit with black spots comes hopping towards them. As it gets closer they notice some blood on its paws. Then they see some near its mouth. Its right in front of them now.
“Aw, was this your owner little guy?” One of the crewmen asks.
Then the most peculiar thing happens; the rabbit blinks and instead of its normal brown beady eyes, they turn white with red catlike slits as pupils.
“Whoa what the heck?!” one of the crewmen exclaims.
The rabbit is right in front of the leader of the crew now.
All they see next is a white rabbit with little black spots, with creepy eyes, and bloodstains smile a sickening smile. Its smile was almost feline-like and had chunks of meat in them.No one heard their agonizing screams.
