hey guys...remember me?

okay so I don't really have an excuse for not posting this for so long. Yes i was grounded one week but it's been like 4. Im sorry ok.

Im not very good at endings so this is gonna suck. sorry

Anyway here is the final, extremely overdue chapter of Fire and Ice.

Lasercorn P.O.V.

I got up from where I had been located the past few days and went to sit besides Sohinki. I placed my hand onto her wrist to try and see if any pulse was detectable.

"Her body is cold..." I said.

"It's always cold." Sohinki retorted.

"Do you think we should try and bring her to the hospital?" I asked. By now, the others had all gotten up and gathered around us. Sohinki nodded and we both stood up and carried Mari out to our car.

Mari p.o.v.

I opened my eyes slowly and surveyed my surroundings. I was laying in a hospital bed with the sound of a cardiac monitor going off in the background. All other sights were covered by Sohinki squeezing me tightly.

"You're alive!" He shouted, still hugging me. I wrapped my arms around him in return.

"I thought you were dead," he whispered. He must've been crying because I felt a single droplet of water fall from his cheek to mine.

"It's okay, I'm alright." I replied. Was I really alright? I remember the entire fight then getting hit in the head and just blacking out.

Apparently Sohinki had refused to leave my side during the entire hospital situation. Everyone else had left for home and I couldn't blame them. They probably missed their normal lives and I did too. Would I ever be able to have a normal life now?

Once the hospitals let us go, Sohinki drove me back to my place and we hung out for a few hours. We didn't say much. There wasn't much to be said. We sat on my couch, wrapped in blankets. I was curled up into a ball, leaning against the armrest while Sohinki sat with his arm around mine. Eventually, I broke the silence.

"Thanks," I said.

"For what?"

"Everything." I didn't know why I did it but I leaned in and kissed him. It was a quick one but the sparks flew. I smiled up at him as he smiled back down at me.

I wasn't completely sure if we were a couple at this point but I kind of thought we might be.

The fire and the ice falling in love. I guess opposites really do attract.

I fell asleep in his arms on my couch. I finally slept soundly again. It felt nice. When I woke up, Sohinki was still here, smiling at me.

"Hey," I said, still tired from sleep.

"Hey," he replied.

"So...what do we do now?" I asked.

"You know what, I have abolutely no idea." He smiled again. I had an idea though. I put my hand off of the couch so he couldn't see and formed a snowball in my hand. After a couple of seconds, I quickly threw it in his face.

Sohinki was hit straight on with the snow and stared down at me as I laughed.

"You son of a bitch," he said rolling me off his lap. I fell onto the floor and then quickly got back up and starting throwing more snowballs. Sohinki starting shooting fireballs back at me and it just turned into a snow/fire ball fight that any 6 year old would love to be a part of.

We were far from normal but I loved it.

(*camera zooms out fades to black*)

The end? Whoops that sucked

Oh well

Anyway, that was it...wow...

I should have more stories up soon that won't have a ridiculously delayed ending when we get there :)

Until next time :)
