"I'll be back in an hour!", I yelled exiting the house.
Finally, some me time.
The streets were empty as it was night time. I don't know why, but dark and empty streets always calmed me.
People find this weird, but I find it completely normal.
I took my phone out and plugged my earphones in.
Hmm, perfect.
I made my way towards the park.
It was starting to get a bit chilly, so I covered myself with the shawl I brought along.
I walked through the empty park, towards the swings by the river.
I sat down on the old, rigged tire, attached to rusted up chains.
Memories of my childhood flashed infront of my eyes. The same spot, with my elder brother pushing the swing for me.
Chasing him around. Pushing each other into the river. Splashing water on each other.
I smiled just remembering.
Life was pretty much perfect till my brother was around. But ever since his abduction and murder, things had changed.
I suddenly felt low, and gasped shaking my head.
I closed my eyes, and rested my head slightly against the rusty chains.
A weird feeling suddenly approached me, as if someone was around me. As if someone was watching me.
I slowly opened my eyes, and I could see someone's reflection on the surface of the river.
I felt scared.
I turned back to see, but no one was there.
I let out a sigh of relief.
I turned back and someone was standing infront of me, with a rock in his hand. I couldn't see his face, as it was hidden under a mask.
I fell back from the swing. I was frightened. I started breathing heavily.
He started coming closer to me, and I dragged myself back. He stopped for a moment, and taking advantage of that, I stood up and ran. But before I could, I felt something hit my head.
My head started to spin, and my vision blurred up.
I fell on the ground, as my vision started to black out.

My eyes flung open.
The view of my abduction, was vivid in my head.
I shouldn't have gone out.
My hands started to hurt from being tied to chains all night long.
I need to get out.
I stood up, and tried to set my hands free from these chains.
I kept pulling my hands, but it was of no use.
I tried squeezing my hands out of these chains but again, it didn't work.
My strength soon gave out, and now I started screaming for help.
"HELP, ANYBODY. PLEASE, HELP ME!" I screamed my lungs out, but nothing apparently was working.
I fell down on my knees, bursting into tears.
"Help me, please...", I whispered.
"Nobody can hear you, so stop trying to set yourself free", a voice came at me.
I looked up and he was sitting right infront of me.
"Why did you bring me here?", I asked weakly.
He chuckled.
"You see, I kill people", he said playing with a pocket knife.
"I brought you in to kill you too, but this heart has seemed to fall for you. I tried killing you while you were unconscious, but just looking at you, I couldn't do it", he said popping the blade out.
He put the tip of the blade on my cheek. I squeezed my eyes shut.
"And now I'm gonna keep you here with me, forever", he spoke again pulling the knife back.
I opened my eyes again, and tears immediately started to fall.
"Aw, don't cry", he said acting like a child.
His expressions suddenly turned cold and he spoke again, "get fucking used to it!", he said in a cold tone and stood up.
He slides his thumb across his lips and then stomped out.
He opened a door, and sunlight entered the place.
The area I was in, became clear to me.
I looked around, and all I could see was blood on the walls, knives hanging on the walls, and bloody hooks hanging down from the ceiling. I was in a warehouse, in the middle of a fucking forest.
My mouth dropped in shock. My situation became worse as my heart beat increased, as I became more and more frightened.
"Yah! Bye!", he waved and laughed again, closing the door shut, leaving me alone in this inhuman warehouse.
