My Not So Crappy Love Life

Chapter 13

***Chris's POV***

      I hate how Tanner is making her feel. I know I shouldn't but I can't stop my feelings, I love Lizzy. I caress her face in my hand and I ask her, "was the kiss really that bad?" I hear Liz giggle and my heart melts. "Not as bad as I expected," Liz answers, her face bright red. "So you wouldn't mind another one?" I ask still holding her face in my hand. "I wouldn't mind at all," she says and I lean in to kiss her but we are interrupted by Tanner walking into the dorm holding a bat. He obviously looks drunk. He hits me in the head with the bat and I feel dazed. Everything is spinning and I can't move. I see him drop the bat and he grabs Lizzy's and and pushes her against a wall, pinning her hands against it. He rips of her clothes and starts touching her. She tries pushing him but he isn't effected. I finally gain my strength back so I stand up and rush over to Tanner and punch him causing him to fall to the ground. I see Lizzy sink in place, curling up in a ball crying. I grab Tanner and throw him into the hall way. I go back inside and quickly close and lock the door. I run to Lizzy, covering her naked body with a blanket. I lay her on her bed and I was gonna go take a shower but she grabs my wrist and looks up at me crying. I lay besides her and she wraps her arms around my waist burying her head in my shirt crying. She shaking and I tighten my grip around her, tears threatening to spill. She soon falls asleep in my arms.
