But why is it impossible?
When man has evolved
from caves to glass ceilings.
When, in the beginning,
he knew little of earth,
but now he thinks of life beyond it.
This is witness of futures
that can but have not yet.
Like you and your dreams,
the stars you will touch someday.
Despite how "reality" berates you.
If women-
when they were as worthy as a machine,
and a calculator no less-
could stand firmly in important rooms
and put men on the moon,
then why not you?
New galaxies are discovered everyday.

Context: I know I have a lot of impossible life goals and this week, I was wondering if I could even make them happen. Enter my inspiration: the movie Hidden Figures, a true story on how women were the trailblazers at NASA.
This piece is a reminder of the possibilities.
