Every mother has their fears,
My fear is that my child will not be given a fair chance at life, because of the colour of his skin.
I'm scared my child will be walking down the street and get killed, because of his colour. I'm scared that my child will be turned into someone's punching bag and become the next hashtag.
I would love the idea of having this child and seeing what he will become
But I refuse to bring a child to this world just so he will be hurt and deprived the chance to make a difference .
God I'm so thankful for this child and it is so painful for me to say I'm sorry but I can't accept this child.
