Most of us do not know who we are. Yes, of course you have your name, your origin, the sports club you support and the religion you believe in. However, all of the above are mere creations. The creations of those who once had envisioned them, expressions of their creativity. As a matter of fact, most of us are caught inside the loop of desire, the I want.
I want a big house, I want the nice car, I want 4 children, I want to be fit, I want to go on Mars, I want to be free, I want to be me. But who are you? Who am I?
A question we all ask ourselves, at one point or another in our lives, a question which remains unanswered. As a matter of fact, the most influential creations, religions, have attempted to explain and convey the answer to this existential pregunta. However, as you may see on the news, their intention was most likely unfulfilled. Only a few, if any, have been able to grasp the meaning of what it means to be alive, to be a part of life. Samadhi, the enlightenment of the one reaching the core of his soul, is the quest of all.
Society has given us many desires. Technology has increased the number of desirable things. But this only furthers the illusion which we are trapped in. If every action we perform gave us experience, we'd be endless consumers of it, just like the hamster inside the rolling cage, rolling in an endless loop of desire to achieve, not understanding the mathematical principles of life.
Understand who we are is simple, however, we have forgotten who we are. In this book I will answer the question in the best way I can, by pointing out facts which I've found to be true.
