HONESTY'S POV

After breakfast and asking Purity for Adrian's dedication and signature, I readied myself instantly for I needed to be early at Manhattan Housekeeping Agency. I would always consider myself as a morning person although I just loved to sleep in my bed especially during winter and autumn. I drank enough caffeine to sustain me with the energy I needed. And of course, I didn't want to be late for this opportunity because I desperately needed a job. Purity left the apartment while I was busy fixing myself in front of the mirror.

"Pwede na itong outfit na ito." I told myself. I decided to wear a yellow floral maxi dress and I paired it with Tory Burch flats that were given to me by my Kuya Cris. I put on light powder on my face, mascara and then red lipgloss. I looked in the mirror then I just muttered to myself, "Perfect!"

I grabbed my bag and coat and left the apartment in a hurry. I arrived in the agency on time. "Thank Goodness!"

Mr. Paul Smith was busy with his paper works but when he saw me walking towards the glass door, he stood at once and waited for me to approach him. "Good Morning, Mr. Smith," I merrily greeted him with a smile on my face.

"Good Morning too, Ms. Mendoza. You look lovely today. It seems that you really prepared yourself for this job huh?, Mr. Smith told me mischievously.

"I really need a job, Sir," I said with full honesty.

He let me sit and told me to wait for him. He went inside another room. The agency was again filled with women who were applying for any available job. "Sino kaya amo ko? Sana mabait. At bigyan niya din ako na off para naman matulungan ko si Purity maglinis ng apartment. At sana mataas ang sweldo," I muttered under my breath as I shook myself back to reality.

Mr. Smith came back with a piece of paper in his hand. He gave it to me and told me, "That is the address of Walters Mansion. The owner needed a substitute for his housekeeper. You need to go there today because you're being expected there. Good Luck, Ms. Mendoza." Mr. Smith and I shook hand and I said my thank you to him.

WALTERS MANSION: #24 LENOX HILLS, NEW YORK

LOOK FOR: Mr. Antonio Reyes

"Aba! Pinoy ata ang owner huh. Naku naman nakakaexcite, trabaho na itey. Sana naman hindi ako pahirapan. At sana hindi masungit si Mr. Reyes," I uttered excitedly.

I hurriedly walked towards a cab that suddenly stopped in front of me. "Pag sinuswerte ka nga naman," I told myself again.

The cab stopped in front of the Walters Mansion. I paid the driver and eased my way out. My eyes were wide open and that includes my mouth too, because of the enormous mansion in front of me.

"Oh my Goodness!

Someone asked who I am in the intercom. I gave my name and told the voice that I was sent by Mr. Paul Smith of Manhattan Housekeeping Agency.

The gate opened. Then, a well-built, burly man appeared and asked me that I could go inside the mansion already. He guided me towards the huge mansion. I looked steadily and intently to what I was seeing with too much admiration and astonishment. "Super ganda naman dito. At ang laki ng garden ah at ang daming bulaklak," Again, I was talking to myself.
