Riding a donkey side by side on a beach when the sun is shining, the sea is so blue and you can hear children laughing and having fun, especially knowing that the person you’re riding along side by is your gorgeous sexy boyfriend, is truly extraordinary!

 “This is fantastic”,

“Better than yesterday?” I just smiled.

  “It will be, we have one last big thing to do…it involves teamwork, co-ordination, balance”,

  “Remind me why I’m about to do it then”, he laughed,

“It’ll be a laugh, that’s why”.

An hour later we had just pulled up at a lake, but not one like yesterday. I had no idea still, what we were doing until I saw canoes and kayaks,

 “We're going canoeing”, I screamed happily,

“Yeah we are”, he screamed back.

 “Kane you have to paddle at the same time as me on the opposite side, otherwise we’ll keep turning”, I shrieked happily, “Like that”

  “Sorry Baby”, I know he was doing it on purpose! We got round the whole of the lake easy. It wasn’t until we decided we were pro enough to stand up and switch places, when disaster struck. Don’t worry nothing serious.

We were both up and doing well until Kane moved to quickly lost his balance and fell into the lake. I just managed to stay upright and was laughing my head off. Until he pulled me in too.

 “Kane”, I laughed clutching onto him. I didn’t need to as we were in wet suits and life jacket things, but the fish might eat me.

  “Thanks for laughing at me”, Kane said,

“Well thanks for pulling me in”,  

   “No worries”, we splashed about for a while until the instructors were telling us to get back into the canoe. Well we tried and failed I don’t know how many times. Kane was definitely pretending he couldn’t get in cus when I said I was cold and tired, he quickly jumped in, hauling me in too. We paddled back in no time.

 “Let’s go change”, Kane said, his arm around my shoulder.

By 5.30pm were back near home. We’d seen a sign for summer fete 4pm – 7pm. So Kane parked up and we walked in holding hands. Stalls selling cakes, plants, toys, music, sweets, drinks. You had a tug of war, tombola’s, bowling, hook a duck and more. Oh an a massive bouncy castle.

 We won some wine and a giant bag of cheese puffs on the tombola, bought 5 raffle tickets, had a vanilla milkshake and shared a slice of chocolate cake at the little tea place. Kane won me a cuddly, pretty large kangaroo on bowling by getting a strike all 3 times. Lastly we went on the ginormous bouncy castle with loads of little kids, who soon swamped Kane and I as the youngsters and Kane was good with them, wonder if he wants any? Must ask him.

So yeah 7pm when it finished we headed off.

  “Kane”, I asked once we had set off.

“Yes baby”,

   “Do you want any children”, he smiled,

“Yes I do, I’d like 6, twins boy and a girl then two more girls and two more boys”,
