I was out at the mall with my best friend, Ybf/n, and we got Starbucks .

We were talking about my ex, Trevor Jackson .

"How can I take you seriously when you're using lyrics from Blurred Lines?" I asked .

"Girl, don't mind that -- Oh my god . Look behind you"

I looked behind me seeing the hottest senior, Jacob Perez . Every girl had a crush on him, but he had a secret: He has a crush on a junior .

Story is, me and him had a study session at the beginning of the year . It was like a senior thing . They had to tutor for extra credit whether they needed it or not . I'm a junior, and luckily when I signed up for a tutor, I got who I wanted: Jacob .

We got together every night and actually studied . When it came to our last night together, we kissed . He admitted he had feelings for me, but couldn't date me cause we weren't in the same grade . His kisses were amazing .

All this time, Ybf/n, was talking and I didn't realize it till now . Another thing I didn't realize..., Jacob was walking over to me . Oh God ...

"Uhm, Y/n, is he coming over here?"

"I-I think so ..."

"When was the last time yall--"

She got cut off when Jacob called my name and hopped over to me .

"Y/n, hey . How'd that test go ? You need anymore tutoring ?"

When he asked that, he winked at me and did that seductive little smile of his .

"No, she doesn't want any tutoring . She wants a date"

I looked at Ybf/n from the corner of my eye .

"Really now ? She does ?" He asked, doing that smile again .

"Actually, yeah, I do ."

"Then you got yourself a piece of Jake for the night, mami"

Whenever he called me mami, ohh my god, I just wish he would plant his lips on mine right there .

"uh-uhmm ...kay ." I stuttered not believing my ears . "So does this mean our date starts ....now ?"

"Yea, boo." He grabbed my hand and pulled me away from my friend . He took my frapp out of my hand and placed it on the nearest table .

Right then, I felt like the only girl in the world .

I heard Jacob's voice trying to get my attention .

"How was the test ?"

The whole thing was dissappointing . I was daydreaming this entire time . What the hell ?!

"It was good . Thanks for asking ."

I looked at Ybf/n, and we turned around and walked off .

Then I felt a tug on my arm, "Hey ...uhm"

He always got lost easily ..

"I know I said it would ruin my image if I dated a junior, but now that I think about it, youre only a grade under me ...you're not a sophomore or freshman .."

"Mmmhm" Oh my god, maybe this is real .

"Pinch me ..." I whisper to Ybf/n . She hesitated, but did so .

Nope, not a dream .

"Ybf/n, is it fine if I steal Y/n from you for a while ?" What was Jake up to ?

"Take her for all you need . I gotta get to my boyfriend anyways"

Jacob chuckled, and took my hand .

"So, I see you like Starbucks ..."

"Stop making small talk, Jacob"

"Okay, Okay . So you're a good girl ?"

"Wow, in between ..."

"Perfect match ..."

"Huh .." Okay this was weird .

"You think this could work ?"

"What could work ?"

He stopped me and stood in front of me .

"You wanna go out ?"

"For real, For real ?"

"For real . Official ."

"Jacob ..."

" I take that as a yes ..."

"Most definitely ."

We spent the rest of the day at the mall until it closed . He bought me a pair of Minnie Mouse ears at the Disney store . After the mall, we went for a walk through the park and he walked me home .

"So, how is this so far ?" He asked .

"I want more ." I said as I walked up my porch .

He kissed my cheek .

"Stop playing Prince .."

"Prince ?"

"Yea, for saving me and my grades . Youre my Prince ."

"I got accepted into Princeton ..that's funny ."

"Well, Mr. Princeton . I like you ...a lot"

"And I love you ."
