Sifting through the files which can been splayed on the metal table situated in the middle of the dimly lit room. Yuuichiro and Mikaela having to sort through the old files. Putting them back in a neat order once again. Looking rather bored. Mikeala speaking up after a length of silence ensued. "So..about the mission I don't think what we know is the whole truth." Yuuichiro seemed confused, looking towards Mikeala. Fully interested in what the blonde haired make thought. Mikaeala continued. "The expressions did not add up, Saito who is highly respected yes? Had a more amusing look like he knew what was going to happen." Looking as if he was in thought, the raven haired male finally nodding coming to a conclusion. "I see what you mean, everyone else seemed a little more shocked when the two other people appeared. He could be hiding something." Shrugging he went back to the file sorting. "Yes, but that's not just it. Guren's expression was also a shock. His eyes are more expressive what if he isn't 'a monster'." Mikeala explained. Knowing my this was a sensitive topic. But he was having his doubts so he consoled in his best friend. Yuuichiro hearing his words, turned around fully. Frowning as he stared at Mikeaka. Looking angered. "Why would you say that!? He killed innocents! He was guilty!" "Yes, I know but what if that isn't the truth! I've realised he hides his true emotions to fix a certain image. What if he acts like the bad guy to be a scapegoat of sorts? Given everyone someone to blame so they can move on." Mikeala emphasised. He didn't like the ebony haired male, but he couldn't help but think everything had been covered to pin the blame on the suspect which had been the easiest. He was there, holding a detonator. Coincidence? Mikeala was doubting his first idea of the whole event. "Well..now that you say it I guess I have seen it. Like how he saved us but said it was because it was proceeders! I'm sure it isn't. If, if this is true then we don't even have evidence!" That was the reality, hunch or not they had no evidence.
Resigning to the reality of the situation both had sighed. Becoming silent once more. Yuuichiro picking up a fairly heavy box, but as he was about to move he tripped. Seemingly on nothing. Crashing into the metal shelves that stood in the room. These ultimately toppling over. Crashing and banging being heard as each one collapsed. Only when the noises had stopped could they both assess the damage done. Gulping loudly as the room looked like a ruin. Something caught Yuuichiro's eye as he scanned the wreckage. Quickly going to what interested him. Mikeala following soon after. It seemed like a normal standard file box, but what caught Yuuichiro's eye was how it had only appeared when the shelves had been knocked over. Hidden. 'Confidential, do not open' the lid read. Taking no more then a cautious glance to Mikeala did he rip open the lid from the filed case. Grabbing the contents inside, did a gasp escape his mouth. Memories crashing much like a car in a collision. This was about the horrific incident which had altered the whole country. Mikeala seeing this reaction quickly took files. Looking shocked himself as he continued reading. Details about it all written in clear detail. Reports, autopsies, witness statements, interrogations. Both had to resist the urge to throw up as they scanned the pages of the deceased. Tears welling up in their eyes. But quickly pushing the specific files away. Concentrating on the accused. 'Guren Ichinose' Yuuichiro himself was shocked at the information. Guren had been a higher up but was de-ranked by this? Losing his team as well of a result of the punishment. Who where they? This question remainder as there was no details of his teammates. Mikeala becoming increasingly suspicious at the information given. Including the account of Saito. It seemed very odd and suspicious. Could Guren of been framed? Saito was also seen at the centre of the wreck. But disappeared, quickly brushing this off that he had saved someone. "What are you both doing." A sharp voice cut through their concentration. Breath halting as they clutched the files turning around. Coming face to face with the male who had gave them both conflicted feelings. Was he evil, or had he been framed. With the evidence they had collected it was becoming increasingly to say he was evil. More they read on, did they disbelieve what they was told. Wanting to know the truth. "We was sorting out the files, it was an order." Glancing to the files and then to the box which they had got the specific files from did Guren become a little worried. "Confidential files. You are not allowed, if you are caught reading them especially those you are ruined." Quickly snatching the files from them. Frowning, looking concerned trying to hide this with a cold look. Yuuichiro and Mikeala starting to see what he was doing now. Realising his true emotions. "What where you think-" being cut off did a voice laced with amusement speak up. "What's going on? Oh? What Is all this mess?" Standing at the entrance of the room was Saito, obsedian eyes glinting as the dim light hit them. Only making him look more intimidating. Three heads had turned to the voice. "Well-" Guren secretly placed a hand on Yuuichiro's shoulder. Taking a step forward as to block Saito's view of the other two. Placing a hand on his hip, staring directly at the obsedian eyed male. "I was looking for something." The reply was sharp. No hints of a lie. Mikeala and Yuuichiro was silent, stunned as they was being defended by someone who they had known who only cares for himself. What he was doing now being the exact opposite. Saito laughed, smiling almost dangerously at Guren. "Oh really? So you went through the length of destroying the archives. I assure you what you are looking for is not here." His tone was mysterious, but certain. "But then again you are different and won't take no for an answer~ that's why I like you Guren~ but for that you can clean it all in your lunch break right?" Yuuichiro wanted to explain it was them instead. Hating Guren or not he wouldn't let the male receive a punishment for something he didn't do. But, Mikeala kept his quiet with a light nudge. Gritting his teeth, eyes narrowing a fraction. Amethyst gaze darkening he nodded. "Not a problem. Is that all?" "Oh, yes~ for now. Go and report to Kureto he wants you in his office." Saito replied. Glancing to the two new agents, Guren nodded his head. Sneaking the files to Yuuichiro. Quickly leaving the room. Shoulder barging Saito. Which only laughed in return.
Hearing that the amethyst eyed male had left Saito directed his attention to the two younger males. Yuuichiro secretly concealing the files, Both staring back at Saito. Amusement flashed in the males Obsidian orbs. Along with a knowing, dangerous look as he glanced behind them. "I suggest you don't meddle in buisness you don't understand. It may get dirty. Two new agents wouldn't want to be criminals now would they?" No? That's what I thought so don't even begin." His tone was far from playful. More of a warning. Before either of the males could reply he had left the archive room. Everything becoming silent as the two tried to process his words. What had he meant by that? Did he know what they did? He couldn't of, could he? A sick feeling welling inside the both. Saito, a respected, well known individual. Known by many. But is he really what he is said to be. Is it just a mask, hiding something much more dangerous and dark.
