GHIRAHER
They didn’t even bother to chain me up, it was pointless anyway. My magic doesn’t work in this damned cell. I didn’t even cause trouble like pounding on the door or shouting. I just crossed my legs and waited.
I was half awake when Dark Link walked in, slamming the door as he entered.
“‘Sup, Dark?”
“Hold your tongue, I’ve got something to ask.” He paused, his silence asking t proceed. I nodded.
“You’ve been with the hero for a while. Tell me what you know about him.” I spat in his face. He did a low growl and wiped it off.
“I’m not telling you anything.” I snarled. Dark Link smiled and grabbed my hair, lifting me up slightly.
“Tell me what I want to learn, or this,” He pulled on my hair.” Comes off.”
“Go on! Cut it!” I don’t care! I will never tell you Link's weakness is Zelda!” I bit my tongue, realizing what I just said.
“Zelda, eh? Thanks, Ghiraher. He threw me to the ground and slammed the door behind him.
LINK
By the time we made it to Zora’s Domain, the sun had begun to set. I leaped off of Epona and helped Zelda off of the saddle.
“Look! A Zora!” Zelda cried. A fish person swam to the shore. He didn’t have the brutal features the Zoras usually had. He was more elegant.
“Ralis?” I asked. He nodded.
“Hi, Link. Hello, Zelda.”
“Hello, Prince - er - King Ralis.” Zelda said. He used to be about five feet tall, but now he’s as tall as me. He was normal, until you saw the fins on his elbows and the slits on his neck. I guess they were gills. Did I mention the blue tint in his skin?
“What troubles you?” He asked.
“The Dark One. He has returned.” Zelda answered.
“Who?” Ralis looked confused.
“Your great grandmother, Princess Ruto, was held in a temple The Dark One resided in. That was the first time he made an appearance in over one hundred years.” Zelda explained.
“Oh. So, he’s bad?”
“Yes. He plans on covering Hyrule in darkness. Like Zant tried with the Twilight.”
“So, you want my warriors?” Gosh, this kid had a lot of questions...
“Yes, King Ralis.”
“Mkay. They’ll fight. Just send a hawk my way and you’ll get your troops. Don’t send that messenger guy. He scares me.” I laughed at the last comment.
“Thanks, Ralis.”
“Of course, my liege.” I’ve had that title for two days and heard it twice, but I hate it. I don’t want to hear that. I want to be respected for my actions, not because I married Zelda.
“Farewell, Ralis. We must gather more troops.” We mounted Epona and trotted away with our backs to the sun. Our next and final destination was the Twilight. I couldn’t wait to see Midna. She was an old friend I had spent almost a year with. I could tell Zelda was eager as well. She wants to see the Twilight and Midna. It wasn’t a long journey back to Ordon, but it took too long to get there.
GHIRAHER
I didn’t know what his plans were, but I know I messed up. I know he’ll hurt Link. All because of me.
“Sis? You there?”
“Ghirahim, I can't exactly go anywhere.” I sighed.
“Oh, heh. Right.” Ghirahim smiled as he walked into my cell.
“What do you want? Can’t you see I’m enjoying my time away from you?”
“Ghiraher, we both know he plans on killing Link. I’m just the messenger.”
“Messenger? Is he sick of looking at me already?”
“It appears so. Anyway, back to the message. Darky appreciates the info about the hero.”
“‘Darky’? Since when did you call him that?”
“It’s just a pet name. He also wants you to know he hates you. Oh, and that you’ll be put to death.” Ghirahim smiled.
“What? But I gave him valuable information! Doesn’t that give me immunity?!”
“Gee. I dunno. I mean, I was the one that suggested it. He just finalized it.”
“What do you mean?”
“I mean I want you dead, sis. Brought down by my own hand, so to say.” He smiled wide and summoned his sword.
“At least have the decency to give me a sword, too. I want this to be fair.”
“Sorry, no sword for you. This is an execution, not a duel.” Ghirahim smiled as he pointed his sword at my stomach.
“Brother... Please...” I pleaded.
“No. This is your fate. Shut up and accept it.” I smiled.
“I never said I didn't accept it. This was bound to happen, I suppose. So go on. Run me through! I’m sick of seeing you, anyway!” Ghirahim had a hellish smile on that spread from ear to ear. He was waiting to do this.
“In the name of Dark Link, King of Shadows, I hereby sentence you to death. Now, let your punishment be brought unto you!” He smiled again, leveling his sword with my chest. Ghirahim lunged, his sword plunging through my chest. I could feel the skin tear in my back as it went through my torso.
“You have received your punishment,” He pulled his blade out of my chest and walked out of the cell. “Bye, sis.” Was the last thing I heard before I was engulfed in darkness.
