Crystal's P.O.V
Ok, so now I need to try to escape this place. I just hope Tristan didn't tell Mitch what happened because I want to tell him myself. I open my door slowly and peer around the corner. Nothing. Good. I quietly walk out of the room and head towards the lab. I look around see that it's clear. Perfect. I head over towards the infirmary and see no one in sight. I smile and run quietly towards the front doors. I open them slowly and run out of the base. FREEDOM! That was easy. Too easy to be exact. I see a group of people in the distance. Oh no. I quickly hide behind a tree and peer around it. I look closely and see a fox, wolf, husky, unicor-wait, those are the others! Before I could do anything though, someone wraps their arm around my waist and puts their hand over my mouth to prevent me from talking.
"You're not going anywhere love." Tristan says. Damnit! He drags me back into the base and throws me into a cell.
"There. Now you won't escape." He smirks and locks the door.
"Let me out!" I yell as I run up to the door.
"No! You tried escaping! I can't let that happen again." Tristan grunts and leaves. I back up against the wall and slide down it and hug my knees. A tear falls down my cheek. I'm never going to get out of here. I might as well just give up and let them have me-no Crystal, you're not giving up. Tristan will be defeated, just not today.
