(Y/N) continued to flip from herself to Morana. She locked herself inside her room.

The more (Y/N) changed,

The same happened with Morana.

As (Y/N) shut herself out more,

The more Morana turned...

...aggressive.

When (Y/N) was around, she'd keep her door locked.

When Morana was around, they made sure her door was locked.

They thought they had lost their sweet (Y/N) forever...

But then it just stopped.

Everything.

Morana,

The locks,

The lack of a smile,

The lack of happiness.

Everything was back to normal.

She attended school, her smile on her face, the joyful aura followed her and lingered where she had gone. No one was able to dismiss the happiness.

No one could dismiss.

But it again went wrong.

Then it was back alright.

The cycle repeated over and over.

Nobody wanted it.

But nobody could stop it.

Only (Y/N) could.

(Y/N) laid on her bed. The woman with black hair and red eyes sat at her feet. Morana played with per nails as (Y/N) toyed with her hair.

"Do you have any idea what is happening?"

"Of course."

"On a scale of one to ten, how much do you blame me?"

"...A zero."

"You get what's going on, don't you?"

"...Of course."

Morana smiled sickly sweet. (Y/N) returned with a glare.

"Care to explain? Little old Morana is losing her memory."

"...Don't act like that you little b1tch. You know exactly what's going on. You're just too much of a flee-brained piece of sh1t to care."

"Woah there (Y/N), such big, bad words for someone so small."

"Don't call me small. And you know I am in no way that innocent girl I once was."

"Don't go and bring that up."

Morana floated next to (Y/N)'s ear.

"It's not what Alva would have wanted~"

(Y/N)'s eyes snapped white. She grabbed her counterpart by the throat, who only smirked.

"You know you can't hurt me. You'll only hurt yourself."

"I wonder if it's worth it."

"Oh (Y/N), don't say things like that! Now, be a dear and tell me who I am. I enjoy hearing the story every time~"

"If it gets you to shut your trap, I'll do it."

Morana nodded eagerly. Truth was she knew the whole story of her existence by heart. But it was always the last that ended the same. Yet,

She always wanted it.

"Mom and dad had just broken the news to me, at five...

~~~
"W-what do you mean?"
"Alva isn't coming home tonight sweetie..."
"Is she at her fwend's howse?"
"No sweetie..."
"Did she gow on vacaton?"
"No. She will be gone for a very long time..."
"How wong? She saiwd we would pway pwincess wif me."
They looked at the cursive writing on the teddy bear she was holding. Tears streamed down the couple's face.
"A very, very long time."
'Happy Birthday (Y/N)! You'll always be my Little Bean! Your loving big sis,
Alva'
~~~

"(Y/N), please sit down."

"Yeah?"

"We need to have a talk."

"Make it quick, kay? I've been talking to this cute guy on (social media)."

"(Y/N). This is serious."

"Alright alright. What's so important that mom has a straight face?"

"(Y/N). How much do you remember as a very young girl?"

The young teen scratched her chin. She pushed her (h/c) bangs out of her (e/c) eyes.

"Not much. I can barely remember first grade. Why ya askin?"

"(Y/N), what if we told you that you weren't a single child?"

"Woah mom your pregers?!"

"What?! No!"

"(Y/N) the point were trying to say is that

You had a sister."

She froze. Then started to laugh.

"This is the best joke you guys have played!"

"(Y/N). We're serious."

After a long talk, her parents was able to get her memories flowing. She was just in shock. She put her hand under her eye, warm water was pouring from them.

"Oh my god. I'm actually....crying."

She ran up to her room. Despite the tears, she was in disbelief. (Y/N) had shut away all negative things. She never wanted anyone to see her like this. In her eyes, her only purpose was to keep others happy.

So she needed somewhere to put this new.....emotions.

And that's how Morana was created. Every time (Y/N) felt these emotions, they would go to Morana instead. But using this magic, (Y/N) was able to give happiness, and keep sadness and anger away.

That day was the first day she had cried in years.

Of course, she was innocent. So crying over someone hurt was okay. Because it was a way of comfort and attention for the other person.

~~~
(Y/N) had tears streaming down her face. Morana took her into an embrace.
"You said the story like it was yesterday.
But as always,
You forgot one very important part.
I did not come to you,
You came to me."
