It all started when I was at the lowest point in my life and I had no one to turn to when I saw an ad for an online support group for self harmers. I figured it was better than nothing so I joined. It was led by a girl named L.R. and there were six members including me. To this day I wish the group was still together but we have since disbanded. We talked about serious things like why we self harmed to not so serious things like what kind of music we liked. This went on for about a week or two. Well we made a pact that if any of us wanted to commit suicide we'd have the group talk us out of it. I wanted to one day and remembered the pact but couldn't face telling the group. I thought I'd only tell one person. I thought long and hard but then decided on the person I would tell. N.W.
