Carolina
I pull my 2017 Hummer H2 into a space in the student parking lot, cutting the engine. I grab my phone, bag and step out of my car. I'm immediately greeted by a bunch of random students, some I know and some I don't, saying hello. I'm pretty popular at my school, but I'm not a Regina George type of popular. I love being surrounded by people who look up to me.
My bestfriend, Jillian, sauntered gracefully over to me, and linked her arm in mine. No, Jillian is not a lesbian, and no, I do not have a thing for her; not like I do for Valorie...
"What are you doing after school today?" Jillian asks me. A freshman girl waves at me, and I smile real big and wave back.
"I'm helping Katrina move the rest of her things into the house, and Dad's bringing home pizza. Why, what's up?" As we approach the double doors, a Sophomore boy opens it for Jillian and I. I notice one of his binders has his name printed on it: Joseph.
"Thank you, Joseph!" I say sweetly. His eyes go wide, and a paper falls from his grip. I stop and bend down to pick it up to hand it to him.
"Th-thanks, Carolina." He avoids my gaze as he takes the paper. I smirk.
"No problem. And Joe?" He looks up at me.
"Call me Carrie." I say smiling and walk into the building.
I could faintly hear him whisper to himself, "Carolina Novak knows my name..." Jillian must've heard it too, because she started cracking up.
"What's so funny?" I asks, clearly knowing what was funny.
"Girl, imagine the look on his face if he knew you were gay. He'd be so disappointed!!" She doubles over with uncontrollable laughter. I couldn't help but laugh with her, because Jill has one of those laughs where you have to laugh with her, even if it's not funny at all. You just laugh, because she's laughing. A contagious laugh, as some people call it.
"Anyway, I was wondering if we could hang out after school today? Maybe after you help Katrina unpacking and all that?" Jillian says wiping away a nonexistant tear.
"I might be able to. I'll text you whenever I'm free tonight."
"Sounds good." She gives me a hug, and we walk our seperate ways to our respective classes.

The rest of the day went by in a blur, and before I knew it, I was on my way home. My phone started to ring suddenly, and it's Katrina.
"Hey, What's up?" I say stopping at a stoplight.
"Where are you at?" She says this out of curiousity, not anger.
"I'm almost home, why do you need me to stop and grab something for you?"
"No, I was just wondering. The movers have finished unloading the U-Haul, and there's a lot of boxes to unpack." The light turns green, and I proceed forward.
"Yeah I know. Oh by the way, Dad said he'll bring pizza home for dinner tonight. Is there a certain kind you like? I can text him and tell him to pick up something you like?" I come to a 4 way stop, and I turn on my blinker signaling right, and wait for the other cars to take their turn.
"Oh, honey, that's so kind of you. But no that's okay. I'll eat any kind of pizza, as long as it's not Hawaiian." She laughs. "I don't see what's so appetizing about pineapple on a pizza."
"Same here, girl," I turn, and continue down the road for a couple minutes, before I slow turning into the closed off gate to my neighborhood. I fish my ID out of my purse to scan.
"Hey, I'm pulling into the community right now. I'll see you in like 52 seconds." We say our goodbyes, and hang up. The scanner beeps, granting me access and the gates slowly open.
Exactly 52 seconds later, I'm pulling into the driveway. I cut the engine and get out, grabbing my things. The front door opens, and Katrina comes outside. She smiles real big when she sees me, and I wave. Without warning, she bounds down the front porch steps and runs over to me, engulfing me into a hug. She almost knocks the wind out of me as she wraps her arms around my neck.
"Hi Carrie!" She says cheerfully. She squeezes me tightly, and I can feel her large breasts collide with mine.
She's going to be your stepmother in less than 2 weeks... You can't think like that even though she's so beautiful, and se-- No. Stop it, Carrie.
I clear my throat. "H-hey Katrina." She pulls away, and grins at me so lovingly, it's almost weird.
"You look absolutely GORGEOUS today, Carrie." She says taking my hand and leading me back to the house. Boxes upon boxes were stacked up half way to the ceiling--or at least that's what it seemed like.
"Um, I'm gonna go change, so we can get these boxes unpacked. I'll be right back." I tossed my backpack on the couch.
"That's a good idea. I'll think I'm going to change, too." I wouldn't blame her. Right now, Katrina is wearing a lovely cocktail dress that hugs her curves in all the right places.
I'm so going to hell for having a small attraction to my future stepmom...
I head to my room and close the door behind me, and lean against huffing out a breath.
"Get a grip Carolina. You can't have these feelings." I walk over to my dresser and take out a pair of multicolored capris-leggings and a black sports bra. I undo my braid from this mornign and toss it all on top of my head in a messy bun. I reach for the door knob, and stop to look at myself in the mirror. I eye the sports bra, and decide to put on a tank top over it. Feeling satisfied, I go back down stairs.
Katrina is nowhere to be seen, so I unstack all the boxes and start taking things out. The first box I open, contains a bunch of knick-knacks. A snow globe from some tropical island I've never heard of. I shook it, and watched the glitter flakes float around the plastic palm tree.
"I got that in Zansa Bahr." I pratcially jumped two feet in the air by the sound of her voice. I turned and instantly could not speak. My stepmother, the woman who is going to marry my dad, is standing in front of me with Spanx on, showing off her massively thick ass, and a sports bra that looked two sizes way too small for her busty boobs. I felt a growing sensation in my stomach, and I shifted awkwardly on my feet, as if I were trying to hide a masive boner--which I totally would have right now if I was a dude. I cleared my throat.
"J-jesus christ, you scared the hell out of me." I put my hand on my forehead. I thought I heard her giggle, but I wasn't 100% sure.
"Sorry about that. I didn't mean to startle you." She takes the snowglobe from my hands and lays it on its side on the head rest of the couch.
"It's alright." Just then, Valorie exits the dining room.
"Afternoon Miss Mills, Carolina." She scans the room, taking in all the boxes.
"Do you need any additional help Miss Mills?" The way she looks at Katrina is so innocent, and adoreable... I couldn't take my eyes off her.
"Absolutely, Valorie! And please, you can call me Katrina, or Kat if you prefer, darling." Out of the corner of my eye, I thought I seen Katrina wink at Valorie because her face suddenly grew a deep shade of red. My eyes trailed to her lips, and to my surprise, she bit her lip. The sensation from earlier grew even stronger right then, and began humming softly to myself, urging it to go away. I sighed in admiration.
Valorie looked at me and smiled, and Katrina cleared her throat.
"Ahem. Carolina, did you hear me?" She snapped her fingers in my face.
"I'm sorry, what was the question?" I asked turning my head, but not removing my eyes from Valorie's gaze until Katrina spoke.
"I said we should get started on moving these boxes, and taking everything out of them, don't you think?" She raises her eybrows waiting for a response.
I brake my gaze from Valorie, and look at her. She waits for my answer.
"Yeah, totally, I need a drink of water. I'll be right back." I rush past Valorie and into the kitchen, blowing out a shaky breath. All the while, I can only think about Valorie, and her biting her lip...
