Diego,
As I finished microwaving a flour tortilla for exactly ten seconds, I realized that I never properly thanked you for teaching me that this was a necessary way to avoid making a mess with a burrito. All my years on this planet, and I'd never learned that a tortilla being cold is the reason that said tortilla breaks when you try to fold it. Only when the shell is warm can I roll the contents into a form that will not spill.
Also, thanks for showing me how to roll a burrito. For this, you were better than any online tutorial. I no longer have to eat half of my homemade Mexican meals with a fork because the meat isn't smeared all over the plate
