Chapter 5- Another Identity

You ran down the neighborhood streets, not even trying to go to the alleyway where your dad hurt you. You kept running and managed to find a good place to hide. You heard footsteps from around the place you were hiding "(y/n/) come out, i want to help you, i wont hurt you" you heard Sans yell. You could see the sunrise from where you were meaning it was around 5 or 6 in the morning. You were asleep for that long? You stayed silent until you heard Sans leave to go look in another place in the neighborhood.

You got out from your hiding spot and went to a store. You used the money you saved and bought new clothes and a (f/c) mask. You paid for the clothes and mask and went to the restroom to change. You liked the way you looked and being freshly bathed helped. You put the mask on after making it outside. You waited until no one was around and ran up a hill.

You made it to a small clearing on the top of it. With the money you had saved from when you were younger you were also able to get a phone. You sat down on your phone and began to download music. With the mask on you knew that if anyone looked at you you'd be a secret. You played an upbeat gaming song remix called "Megalovania".

You began to dance, no one was watching so you weren't nervous. You felt better, the dancing taking control of your body. You heard the snap of a twig from in the woods. You turned off the music and stared to where you heard the noise. You were wearing a sweater and long sweat pants so you weren't worried about them seeing your cuts. "why'd you turn it off? it was a good song," you heard Sans ask. You had to act as if you didn't know him.

"Sorry if I heard a noise and didn't want to be stabbed," your voice sounded more clear now that he didn't know who you were. "heh, sorry."

"It's fine" you reply.

"well what's your name?" Sans asked, curiosity laced in with his voice.

You thought about it,"I'm Secret," 10/10 for creativity (Y/n) you slapped yourself in your head.

"nice to meet ya secret, i'm sans."

You sighed "So why were you spying on me?" You asked with a slight hint of annoyance.

"i heard a good song and came to check it out". Well I guess you could dance with him

"Do you want to dance?"

He grinned, "sure thing secret."

You turned the music back on and restarted it. You began by tapping your foot, getting used to the beat. Once you were used to it your body went into auto pilot and you began to dance magnificently. You saw Sans watching you while he was dancing. His style was hip hop, you think it fits him perfectly and begin to do a few of your own moves.

Sans grabbed you and began to dance with you. You smiled at him and began to waltz as a slow song you downloaded came on.

You danced ballet with the sound of the music. Sans watched you and began to join in. He twirled you and you both just danced in the sunset. You loved it and admired his dancing skills. "hey, meet me here tomorrow, i'll then take you to a place i think you'll like.

You smiled and nodded, "Okay Sans, Ill see you tomorrow."

Sans left and you didn't know where to sleep. You knew how to climb trees so you grabbed the blanket you bought and tied it between to branches. You checked your phone and saw it was around 2 in the morning. You danced that long? It felt like a few minutes. You sighed and fell asleep, the makeshift hammock working well to sway your body to sleep.
