After Quinn and Sam get married. They decided to stay at Quinn's House with Santana, Brittany, Kitty and they invited Rachel.
8 months have passed since their wedding and its Quinn 9th month today. Any day or any hour or any specific date. Quinn will give birth to her Baby Boy.
"Hey Quinn! Breakfast is ready." Sam said. "Um Sam can you help me get out of this bed. My morning sickness attacked again." Quinn said. "Yeah Yeah! Come on!" Sam said. When Quinn finally stand up he ask this to Sam. "I think i cant take breakfast anymore. Just bring me to the Hospital please? I can feel that my water will broke any minute." Quinn said. "Yeah sure! Sure! Um i will just call the girls." Sam said. Sam called Britt, Santana, Kitty and Rachel on their room and tell them about Quinn. He also contacted Mr. Schue and all of their Glee Club Friends. "They're on their way! I'm gonna prepare our car. Santana, Britt and Kitty can you help Quinn to go to the Car?" Sam asked "Yeah sure we will." Santana replied.
They went to the Hospital. When they reach the Delivery Room, Quinn's water Just broke. "Perfect timing" Sam said. Quinn gave birth to their Baby Boy Samuel Brian Evans. They are so Happy and also their Glee friends. Rachel was the one who helped Quinn to give Birth.
They throw a Party for Samuel Brian Evans. And they went to the Church where Quinn and Sam get married to baptize him. He is so cute. He looks like both Quinn and Sam.

After 1 Month... Sam,Brittany,Kitty,Marley,Artie,Tina,Unique,Ryder,Jake,Sugar,Joe and Rory's turn to graduate.
At Quinn's House...

"You're so Handsome! And hot! Now I'm gonna get ready. I don't want to look like an ugly wife!" Quinn said and they both laugh. "Okay! You should get ready. Ill be the one to take care of Brian for a while." Sam said. Quinn went to the bathroom and changed.
At Santana's Room... "Brittany! Kitty! Make it Quick! We want to see your look!" Santana yelled. "Don't be shy! I know you guys look good." Rachel said. Kitty opened the door and they both look Beautiful. They are so pretty. ⬇

"Britt's dress is hot and Kitty's dress is Cute. You're so pretty girls!" Rachel said. Then suddenly someone opened the door. "Girls its time. We need to go!" Quinn said. They all go to McKinley.
They are all happy to see them graduate. Especially Quinn. She is so happy.
"Hey Quinn!" Mercedes said. "Hey Mercedes! Long time no see!" Quinn said. "Yeah you too! I've miss you. So how's life with Sam?" Mercedes asked. "I'm so lucky! I mean he is the best Father, Husband. I'm really thankful that i ended up with him." Quinn said. "You two are so sweet! I love this Parent!" Mercedes said and Laughed! The Graduation is Finish. When they all went home, Quinn talked to Sam at their car. "Um. Babe! I cant believe it!" Quinn said. "Cant believe what?" Sam asked "This. That you're really graduated. We can finally put our attention to Brian." Quinn said. "And speaking of Brian, i talked to Puck a while ago to ask about Beth and he said that, we can borrow Beth every Monday,Wednesday and Friday." Sam said. "Great." Quinn said. "That's all?" Sam asked. "Its just unfair, i mean I'm still the mother of that Child and i didn't even see her grow." Quinn said and Burst into tears. "Look Quinn. I understand you. But Shelby is her Biological mother. You let her adopt Beth right?." Sam asked. "Yes. And I'm so proud of her because she taught Beth how to be a generous and a respectful girl." Quinn said. "Beth is really pretty like you Quinn!" Sam said. "And Brian is really Handsome like you Sam!" Quinn said. They both laughed and they heard Brian Cried. "We should go inside!" Sam said. "Yes, i think Brian is Hungry." Quinn said.
They went inside their house and feed their Baby.
