Me and my Brothers

Chapter 1~Yes like the state capital

Hi, my name is Denver, yes, like the state capital. My family was hiking in Colorado when mom broke the news, so they decided to name me after the capitol. Anyway, I live with my 3 older brothers, and they are VERY overprotective. I'm pretty shy, I don't really like talking to strangers because I feel like they are going to judge me. People just aren't my thing. I used to try and make friends, but that didn't work out too well. So I just kinda gave up on talking to people in general.

 My oldest brother, Andrew, has full custody over me, Jack, and Ryan. He is our guardian because my parents died in a plane crash. I don't remember them much since I was three, but I still don't want to talk about it. It has just been my brothers and me since I can remember. I'm absolutely fine with that. 

I'm the cliche nerd, I wear glasses, don't go to parties(like I would be allowed to), make good grades, and read a lot of books. Everywhere I go, I have a book in my hand. I just like to slip away from reality for a while. Not that I don't like my reality. I love my brothers, but their overprotectiveness can get a bit annoying. I'm pretty sure the random stranger on the street is not going to murder me, but at least they care. 

My parents were wealthy, so we have a big house, and everyone at school kinda hates me for it. I mean I can't help it my parents had money! I spend most of my time in my room, but sometimes one of the boys drags me out to get "some fresh air and social interaction." I am small for my age, but the boys don't mind, they say I'm "cuter" that way. This is my life; it's not the best, but it's mine.
