What the f□ck!
Someone threw a ball directly at my face, my nose to be exact. It hurts like hell! ofcourse it was already bleeding.
I tilt my head up and my hands cup my injured nose, the whole gym goes deafening silent, I look around to see the idiot who threw a ball at my face but no one gaved off any sign.
Coach Wallace jogs up to me with a clipboard in his hand, "Mr...." he trails off.
He doesn't even know my name!
I try my best not to scowl, instead keeping my face nuetral. "it's Kavinsky, Kyle kavinsky."
"right, someone walk this young man to the nurse" coach says looking around for any volunteers.
no one volunteered.
An awkward silence stretches through the gym, kids look away from us and wait on someone to speak but them. Until a girl walks up to us, not just any girl, Hannah Norman: she's on the schools cheerleading team, i heard she donated her kidney to a kid in need with out hesitating. i watch her walk up to us like an angel with her wings out in desplay.
"I'll take him coach" she said grabbing onto my free arm.
she faces me flashing me a perfect candidate smile. I tried my best to smile back but with a bloody nose it probably came out as a grimace.
As we walk out the gym I could've sworn I heard coach Wallace mumble 'I've never seen him before.'
