The Storm and The Girl

It has been 3 years since we were released from the Fairy spear, and everything was finally back to normal. The only odd thing was the rather large and violent thunderstorm that blew in randomly this afternoon, and it wasn't just the storm that had some people feeling off, there was a magical ting that hung in the air like the storm was conjured instead of natural. It seemed like not too many notice it though. As the day slowly continued the guild carried on as usual. Around 4 Gajeel and Lilly came in, something about Gajeel seemed off he seemed lost in thought and gloomy. Lilly was watching him worriedly. He by passed the bar, completely ignored Levy, even when she whacked him with her book all he said was "Leave me alone Levy." which was really weird because he always callas her shrimp. Levy was going to say something, but Lightning struck really close to the guild, the sudden noise made several people jump and some of the girls screamed. But really caught attention was Gajeel he stood and walked toward the doors and slowly started pulling them open, then when they were at arms length he shoved them wide open, revealing a cloaked figure standing a few feet from him. Whoever it was stepped forward into the guild and Gajeel stepped back, he was still standing in front of the person. Then the cloaked figure pushed the cloak off it's shoulders, revealing a very attractive female body, she wore tight black skinny jeans, knee high black leather boots, a black corset like top, a cropped leather jacket, she had chains hanging around her waist, a hunting knife strapped to her right thigh, a leather pouch attached to the other, a sword on her left hip, she also wore a pair of finger-less gloves that looked almost identical to Gajeel's. She put her hands on her hips as she stood in front of Gajeel, then Natsu broke the silence by yelling "Who the Hell are you and what do you Want?!?!?!?!" her head tilted toward Natsu as chuckle shook through her. Her cloak glowed and disappeared revealing her long black hair that was pulled into a lose ponytail, some pieces framed her face, she was pale, her lips painted red, she had tinted glasses covering her eyes, but what caught the most attention was the crack like scar on the left side of her face, it stared at her hair line and stopped just below her eye. She smirked at Natsu and gave an exaggerated bow as she said " Ah Mr Dragneel, I was warned about you, as to who I am, my name is Katelynn Midnight Gray, A pleasure to meet you Natsu Dragneel." Natsu blinked a few times then said " why are you here?" Katelynn smirked wider, then said " I'm here to see Marokvo." Erza stepped up pointed a sword at her but before she could say anything Gajeel growled and stepped in front of Katelynn glaring at Erza teeth bared. Everyone stared at Gajeel, just as Natsu was about to yell at Gajeel. Katelynn stepped up behind him putting her head on his left shoulder, and her right arm over his right shoulder saying "Still overprotective to an extreme I see Studzy." Gajeel kept glaring at Erza as he said " Like I'd ever not protect you Snowflake." Katelynn giggled a little then said "True, but it's kinda obvious you just took a stand against your own guild mate, Titania of all people, really you have no sense of self preservation. Yes you'd survive but you'd have several new scars." As they stood there Katelynn looked at Erza boredly, while Gajeel still glared. Natsu came at them with a fiery fist, some saw Katelynn's eyes flick in his direction, and just as he was about connect with Gajeel's face he stopped, or well he was stopped. His lower half was covered in ice causing him to be frozen to the floor, Katelynn walked around Gajeel and placed her hand on Natsu's flaming one, the flames didn't seem to have an effect on her. then a blue flash surrounded her and Natsu was sent flying, a loud growled filled the room, everyone stared at Katelynn, as she stood there glaring at Natsu, blue lighting flashing around her, she bared her teeth and snarled saying "Attack for no reason again and that shock you just got will feel like a tickle compared to the electrocution you'll receive next." Her glare turned to Erza, as she said "As for you, Miss Scarlet, you don't intimidate me one bit, so sheath your sword I'm not here to fight." Erza slowly lowered her sword but didn't put it away as she said "Why do you want to talk to our master?" Katelynn smirked saying "Oh it's not me wanting to talk to him. He sent for me, saying he something important to discuss with me. I don't even know why I'm here." everyone started at her, then Gramps's voice was heard "No she doesn't know, But i do." everyone turned to him as he walked down the stairs and right up to Katelynn. were he got a huge grin, then jumped at her and hugged her saying "Katelynn! I've missed you!!" Katelynn just stood there a moment, before growling and grabbing Gramps by the back of the shirt and lifting him to eye level as she said "What did I tell you about groping me you pervy old man!!!" Gramps waved his hands back and forth saying " My hand slipped I swear!!" she growled again saying "I hate liars and you know that. But since you do this every time we see each other I should probably expect you to do it you old pervert. Anyway what do you want Marokov? I traveled across the country, now what do you need?" she dropped him, Gramps straightened himself then said "Maybe my hand slipped maybe it didn't we'll never know." Katelynn rolled her eyes, as Gramps continued "Anyway the reason I called you is to ask a question." Katelynn walked away toward the door saying "Nope." Gramps's jaw dropped and said "Y-you didn't let me finish." Katelynn stopped in the door way looking over shoulder saying "You were going to ask me to join your guild, again. As I've told you the last 6 times you asked, No. I don't do guilds. I'm too dangerous. I lose control once and you can say goodbye to your guild hall. You know that risk, you've seen the aftermath of my rampages, not to mention the large amount of dark guilds that chase me, why continue with this?Me being here would endanger your children. I will be going now." Gramps just sighed in defeat, And she was about to step outside but Gajeel quickly ran to her grabbing her arm saying "Wait!!! You can't go just yet, I can understand why you say no, I've seen that side of you myself, But please, it's been years since I've seen you, stay for a bit. So we can talk. Please Snowflake" She yanked her arm away saying "Sorry Studz, I can't. I've got places to be tonight. It was nice seeing you though,oh how I've missed that ever so present glare. I really am sorry" she smiled crooked at him before stepping outside the doors, her blue lightning starting to surround her she looked at Gajeel one last time and said "I'll see you around Studzy. and I'm sure I'll be seeing you too Fairy Tail." and then she was gone in a flash of blue lightning, thunder following her exit. Everyone just stared at the place she was, then they turned their attention to Gajeel as he growled and punched the door, Gajeel then turned to Gramps and asked "How the hell do you know Snowflake?!?!" Gramps just raised a brow at him saying "I'm the master of this guild I have no requirements to answer that question." Gajeel growled and glared at him saying "I have a right to know how you found her!" Gramps was now glaring at him as he said "Why do you have a right!? I can tell you two know each other, But what makes you think I need to explain anything to you Mr Redfox?!?!?" Gajeel was practically shaking with rage and he snarled and said, "I have every right to know how you found her. Snowflake or as you know her Katelynn Midnight Gray is my little sister whom till today I thought was dead So You Explain!!! How is she alive!??! ...." Gajeel was in tears as he finished "Just tell me how you found her, please...... I..." Gajeel fell to his knees as he cried, Gramps laid a hand on his shoulder and said "She has been watching over our guild for some time." Gajeel looked at him shocked Gramps went on. " I found her while walking several years ago, she was covered in wounds bleeding through her bandages, I tried to help but she told me not to, that if  I helped her I'd be endangering myself, simply put I kidnapped her and took her Porlysica, who healed her, Katelynn nearly lectured my ear off for helping her. She already knew who I was, it was her idea to find you and Juvia, she has been in the background all this time, helping when ever she could. She's very large part of this guild but no one even knew she existed till today, if only she'd just stop running then she would see that it's safe for her here, and I could careless if the demons of Zeref followed her here, she has every right to carry the Fairy Tail insignia, she's always been a Fairy Tail mage to me." Gajeel calmed down then looked at Gramps and said "What all do you know about her?" Gramps motioned him to the bar, once there he began "I know she's powerful, that storm earlier was her, but I assume you knew that seems how you met her at the door" Gajeel nodded and Gramps continued " I know she can use re-quip, and rune magic, but what I don't know is how she can use elements, I've seen her use Fire, Ice, Water, Wind, Iron, Light, shadows, lightning, earth, poison, and one I can't place. do you know why she can do that?" Gajeel chuckled and said "Yeah I know,but I'm surprised you didn't figure it out, first she not my blood sister, she was trained with me By Metelcanna, She a Dragon slayer Gramps, and the strongest there is, she's an elemental dragon slayer and that one you can't place is Night or Celestial, the easiest explanation is you know  Bunny Girls Urano Metria?well that  would be Snowflakes roar in that element just twice as strong." Everyone stared at Gajeel. Then Laxus spoke "That explains it." everyone looked up at him and Gramps said " What do you mean Laxus??" He just shrugged saying "Something I read from a book on dragons and their slayers. When a slayer has more than one element they give off a authorial vibe, makes all the other one elemental slayers automatically know that they are not meant to be messed with, because the more dragon slayer magic one know the more Dragon instincts they have. So that Little Chickie is basically a human dragon, the book also said the more elements one knows the more spells and abilities they will unlock and be able to use." Gramps looked at me weird asking "What do you mean abilities?" He again shrugged saying "Don't know,the book didn't go into detail, but there was a picture of a human with dragon wings." then Gajeel laughed saying "Gihihiihihi, Oh yeah she's got that ability, apparently after learning 3 element you can do that, and let me tell you, those wings she's got are gorgeous."
