Brooke's POV:
It was another boring day in the music shop. I don't say that I don't like my job but sometimes it's quite boring. I remember when I moved in Forks. I was depressed. I wanted a knew start, a new life after my parents death. I miss them so much. After they died, me and my brother stopped talkin. I miss Alex. He was supposed to protect me, to comfort each other. But he left. He broked his promise and now we are strangers. After I moved here I started to be happy. And here I am standing in a shop full of old music CDs. Suddenly I heard the bell and I know that someone just entered. I fixed my hair and my T-shirt and pretend to be happy. An old lady appeared in front of me.
'Hello ma'am! How can I help you?'
'Oh dear I just came to see you.'
'See me?'
'Yes. Barbara sent me here to ask if you're ok'
Barbara my boss and the shop owner. How could I forget that she told me that Mary, her friend will come to see me. I'm so stupid.
'Yes I'm ok.'
Something buzzed in my front pocket. My phone.
'If you're ok then I will go to have lunch with Barbara. It was nice meeting you Brooke.'
'It was my pleasure, Mary'
'Take care sweetheart'
And with this she was gone. I noticed that outside started to rain. Crap. I didn't bring my umbrella. Then I remembered about my phone. I grabbed it from my pocket. Who could be? I don't have many friends. This is strange. I unlocked and see a text.
