Time stopped. It was a tense moment for the both of them. Jungkook held onto his breath.

Taehyung stared at Jungkook, his gaze making everything tense. "H-hyung, so that's the jimin you were talking about ?" jungkook breathed out, his small voice breaking at the end. "yeah. he's pretty right ?" taehyung questioned him, his words piercing into Jungkook like knives.

Jungkook could only lean back onto his seat, looking dazed and feeling confused. The tense air started to clear up and soon, their senses returned to reality. Everything was okay again, maybe except for Jungkook, who was still fazed by what his friend had said.

Yoongi walked up to them holding the two cups of drinks for them. "Take out your homework. Let's do this while the place is still quiet." Yoongi broke the silence and placed the drinks on the table with a loud thud, jerking the two up.

"Y-yes hyung.." Taehyung mumbled, digging through his bag for his homework, Jungkook pulling out a file containing his notes and questions. Yoongi watched the two getting their things out as the air hung heavy around them, making the mood awkward. "Shall we start?" He asked, making slight eye contact with them before looking at Jimin, who was looking at the trio from the counter. The mint haired looked back at the two and smiled slightly before telling them what to do for their problems.

"...So you just need to multiply this with that and then divide it by like, 27 to get the answer." yoongi explained to Taehyung, who was having a hard time focusing on his homework. "hyung, I'm sorry but can I take a break? I'm getting restless and my eyes hurt." Taehyung asked softly, his dry eyes making things worse. "Sure, I'll just get back to work first."

The older got up from his seat, and went to get some cakes from the kitchen from Seokjin. "hey yoongi, is something wrong? The kids seem awfully quiet and awkward today." Seokjin asked quietly, not wanting the two to be able to hear him.yoongi just shrugged and grabbed two trays of cookies from the table and left seokjin in the kitchen.

Yoongi grabbed each cookie using tongs and slid them into the small paper bags and left them in the basket on the counter. He never realized that teaching was so tough. But it's okay, it's taehyung and jungkook, he can do it.

"Yoongi hyung, do you want to take a break? You've been teaching them for quite some time now.." Jimin asked softly, lightly poking his shoulders. "No, it's fine. You take a few minutes off. I'm sorry that you have to work so hard, could you look over them though? That'll mean a lot to me." Yoongi kept his tiredness in and half-smiled at the tangerine who was worried for him. "A-ah, okay. Sure. You don't have to rush, we're gonna close soon." Jimin stuttered, his anxiousness welling up. "Okay." Yoongi nodded his head and went to work.

The small boy slowly walked towards the two boys, feeling himself getting drowned in anxiousness. He was going to meet Taehyung again. And Taehyung is the love of his life, his sunshine, his everything. And without him, his world will be full of darkness.

Jimin breathed slowly. Don't be nervous. You're just teaching kids. He approached their table which was filled with papers and books. They didn't seem to notice him. At all. Was he too small? Or was he too soft? He didn't know.

Jimin gave two slight unsteady coughs, just to make them look up. And sure enough, they did.  But there was a hint of surprise and shock in their eyes, but it was gone after that. Taehyung and Jungkook looked at each other briefly, and turned to face jimin. "H-hi. Yoongi hyung asked me to watch after- I mean, to t-teach you guys.." Jimin said softly, picking on his sweater sleeves as he looked at the two youngsters with nervousness.

There was a brief silence. Then the shifting of papers were heard. "Here, sit. " jungkook kept the papers and made way for Jimin to sit. The small tangerine looked at Jungkook with surprise, but still made his way to sit next to the boy.

As Jimin moved, Taehyung watched his every move. The strawberry head was scared. He still liked Jimin, but not in a romantic way anymore. He knew that Jimin was probably confused about him and Yoongi, and he knew that he needs to talk to Jimin sooner or later. But he couldn't bring himself to do that.

The only reason why Kim Taehyung dumped Park Jimin was because of his parents.
