GOKUSEN

I just finished watching and reading Gokusen, but I much preferred the live drama than the anime version

OK so... For those who haven't heard of it.. Hears a summary that I made in a rush... Because my sister wants to watch cartoons on my phone

GOKUSEN is a manga series that was adapted into an anime and also into a live drama. The story is about Yamaguchi Kumiko, a dorky woman who wears glasses and pigtails and the granddaughter of a Yakuza boss. She works as a teacher in an all-male private highschool, but was assigned to the 3-D class, where all of the delinquents and misfits were

I find the story super entertaining because of the jokes and also because of Kumiko's or Yankumi's (nickname given by her students) passion and determination on teaching her students not just from textbooks but from the heart. She would even fight a drug dealer just to prove her student's innocence

And so when I finished it, I was dissatisfied because in the live drama version I expected my ship to be together at the end but NO. The drama consisted of 3 seasons and my ship didn't even come true

I was shipping her and Sawada

Sawada was one of her students in season 1, where he is the ring leader of his classmates and also the first to know of Yankumi's secret of being part of a yakuza. In the manga he had messy red hair and very charming looks that easily swoons any girl.

Although he was a delinquent and cuts school quite often, but starts to attend school daily because of Yankumi, he was top notch of his school for his intelligence and grades. And despite the unreadable expression on his face, he always cares for his family, friends and loved ones

The chemistry was so perfect!

Although in the manga they did come together, BUT I much preferred it if it came truw in the live drama too

The frustration after finishing me was killing me!

So what did I do?

I dug through wattpad and searched for fanfictons of Gokusen where Yankumi and Sawada gets to be together at the end, like any other crazed fan whose desperate to make her/his ship sail

And finally I found one

My soul was at peace as I read BUT a sudden idea came into mind and this was it

I thought 'What if they had a daughter?' and some plot scenes started flowing into my head. I found out that I can only come up with great ideas while I'm asleep, which I forget instantly when I wake up [=_=]

My number one problem in writing is my memory...ugh.. Its like Dory trying to write her diary

Even so, I'll only keep it as a draft for now. At least I already have a solid plan for the main character's appearance

Although I still can't come up with a name

But that would be another story...
