My friend Kafi and I were sitting in the cafeteria talking about Jake.To be honest I only met him 5 periods ago and I'm already falling for him.Something about him seems different but it's not a weird or bad different it's a good different.I really can't keep my mind off him , before it was Eric but I just wanted him to get back at my sister .Hey do not judge me because y'all barely know me.
Kafi is going on and on about Trevon barely listening to what I have to say about Jake.She and I started to have a really close bond since I met her.I won't call it best friends but it's something else.
"Girl when you gonna link me on your cousin?" Kafi said marking him at the other side of the café. "Ammm when you link your damn self ."I said to her playfully rolling my eyes. I know she likes him but I don't want her to get hurt since I been in Trinidad my cousin had multiple girlfriends but none ever lasted more than 4 days tops.He is a total player but atleast he lets the girls know before what it is but they still get attached. These girls be fighting over him claiming that he is theres but he aint want any of their thirsty a$$es. Hey that's not my buisness i know Kafi got eyes to see what's going on .
"Whats the point of you being his cousin if you cant put in a good word for me."she said still looking at him.If yall saw her face right now .It looks just like a puppy waiting for you to throw the ball. "Ite i'll do it but if it does not work out don't come running to me." I said to her with a defeated look on my face.
"Girl please it will work out I got that good good that gone have him hooked." Kafi said slightly giggling. "Ayeeee ....I got you girl but bye cause I see my future man walking in ."I said walking away from her going up to Jake.

Damn why does Trevon gotta be so cute with his fine light skinned ,dougla ,pink lips a$$.I just wanna be the girl to hold him down not let him down.Ever since I was in form one I liked this dude but he never seemed to notice me because he was in a higher form than me.The only time we ever spoke was once during Extra Activities because he was in Art Class with me.Gotta admit he could draw really good and I never said that about anyone because I always put myself to be the best drawer but he is wayyyy better at it than I am.Anyways I got up from the bench since Nathalia left me hanging and I strolled outta the cafeteria slightly bumping someone on my way out.I just said sorry not bothering to look back at who I bumped into.

Damn that darky fine she aint even look up at a nigga to let him know whats up.By the looks of it she bad as f**k with that round a$$ behind her but I'm not gonna get with her cause she my cousin friend .I aint like my family knowing my buisness and everyone knows girls love to gossip.

I pumped into the cafeteria and saw Nathalia walking up to me.Why she gotta be the girl I have to get information from ? Why couldn't it be that nappy head girl that's drooling at me.That girl needs some serious relaxer but hey that aint my business. Nathalia is so fine ,she's nothing like the girls I went out with in my past but I'm here for one thing and one thing only and I am not going to let a slight crush get in the way of that.
"Hey Jakey or should I just call you Jake."Nathalia said with a slight smirk on her face.Seriously Jakey that sounds so tacky.
"Nah! lets just keep it at Jake but you could call me Jakey if you nasty."I said lifting a eyebrow while giving her a slight smirk.We both walked to the nearby bench and sat to continue our conversation.
"Well Jakey it is then ."she said smiling showing off her perfect teeth .
"Damn girl you dont look like the freaky type but I love me some freaks."I said ."Freaky Freaky gal me love them."I song doing the kinda eyebrow wiggle thing. "So you love me now ?" Nathalia said in a sacastic tone.
"Don't get things twisted baby girl but here's my number we should go out sometime." I said placing a piece of paper into her shirt pocket ,doing it a little old school.Don't think I forgot my assignment this is all part of it.
"It's a date then tomorrow night at 9?" She said trying to sound brave .Which look really cute on her by the way.Snap out of it Jake and just stick to your assignment.
"Sounds about right ."I said getting up from the bench along with Nathalia to escort her to class because the bell just rung.

I was leaning against my car waiting for my amazing girlfriend Natalie when my ex Dalisha came walking up to me .Dalisha was my first love until she cheated on me with my ex bestfriend Trey which left me heart broken for a really long time until I met Natalie who was able to make feel loved again.
"Hey babe!How you been?"Dalisha said hold my cheek.
