CHAPTER 2

Demi's POV  

         I walked into rehersal just in time. I had overslept and was running late, now I didn't have my tea or coffee. Needless to say, right now i'm a cranky bitch. As I stormed through the halls of the studio people dodged me or panicked and dove into random rooms to avoid me. finally, I made it to the stage and The band was sitting there, each with a starbucks cup in their hand. Jai walked up to me, "Green tea sweetened with whip?" He phrased it as a question and handed me a cup. I cocked and eyebrow and sipped it. I nearly moaned, it was so good. "Thanks." I muttered. He just smiled and went back to his guitars. I set the drink down on a stereo and clapped my hands, "Okay! So let's run through all night long!" Everyone got into their places and put their in-ears in. Dave, the drummer clicked his sticks four times and the introduction started. The beat coursed through me and I raised the Mic. 

I love the way you're talkin' I'm lovin' what you're doin' boy. 

       I pranced around the stage and went over to my bass player, Steve. 

I don't fall easy often, I've never had a love like you before.

          I flipped my hair so that it went all over his face. He grinned at me and laughed, then I went to my back up dancers. I stood in between them as we sang in harmony. 

Don't make plans, come on with me we'll stay up all night long. I want you and I want you bad Let's keep the party goin' all night long. All night long, HEY! all night long! HEY!

        I moved my hips to the beat of the song as I sexily danced down and back up again. I looked over at Jai and saw him smirking at me. It infuriated me, at the same time, he was so hot. I held eye contact with him as I strutted towards him, biting my lip and singing the next verse.

I'm on another planet, i'm in another universe. You may not understand it,

       I put my hand on his shoulder and pulled his face to mine. At the closeness, his fingers fumbled and his guitar squeaked. I smirked at him, 

Sooner or later baby you will learn. 

      I flipped my hair, turned on my heel and walked away, Steve smiled at me and laughed. I just shurgged, I have to break the new kid's chops somehow.
