Seunbi's POV

I slowly opened my eyes. My whole body is in pain especially my head. It's feels like the world is spinning.

I gently touched my forehead to see if I have a fever.

Yes stupid. You have a fever.

I was about to rise up from the bed when I realized that the place is very unfamiliar.

This is not the dorm...

But then...

I heard the door opened and a lady wearing a beautiful and magnificent dress with a tray on her hands. I gently sit up.

"Oh! You're awake sweetie! Good! You need to eat your breakfast" the lady smiled as another lady from behind her place a bed table in front of me.

The lady with the dress placed the tray in front of me. I looked at her in confusion.

"Excuse me but...who are you? And where am I?" I asked. She just chuckled and cleared her throat.

"Pardon me sweetheart. My name is Kim Ga Eul. My son brought you here yesterday because you're running a fever. He was so worried. This is the second time he brought a girl here."

Second time? A Kim?

I don't remembe-

'You don't need them. All you need is someone to be there in times where you need someone to comfort you. I am not confident that I could protect you. But I will do everything to comfort you. Now...please rest. You're tired right?'

I remembered his words ringing inside my head.

"Sweetheart? Are you alright?" I was a bit startled but I nod at her. Then she smiled.

"Ahjumma...can you assist her for a while? I still need to prepare the tables downstairs for the guests coming later" the lady behind her nodded.

Then Mrs. Kim faced me. "Well! See you later sweetheart!"  then she left the room, leaving me and the ahjumma.

"Young lady...please have a taste of Madam Kim's porridge. It is a rare opportunity to taste her foods because she rarely cooks. The last time she cooked food was six years ago.

Six years ago? The same time when seunji has gone missing.

"I see." I slowly reached out for the spoon and tasted the porridge.

"It's really great." she smiled and made a slight bow.

"You'll be seeing young master later."

Young Master?

I just nodded and continued eating. My head is still spinning but the porridge helped.

After a few minutes, I finished the porridge. The lady smiled.

"I will get you a new set of clothes from Madam. The bathroom is over there miss. And your towel is inside." she gestured to a white door. I nodded as she left the room.

I slowly made my way to the bathroom. There is a tub full of sweet smell of flowers. I started undressing myself and took a bath.

Seunji's POV

I picked up my glass of red wine from the table and slowly mixed it while staring outside.

"Any news?"
