At that point I gave up and went back to bed.

Checking my phone I had a new text. It read, "Sunglasses, and a dark room will help." No name, no signature, and it was from last night!!!!!

Since when did Uber send reminder texts to rest up to the party crowd? Was this a new social experiment or marketing strategy? I just wanted to the coffee, and the headache to go away, and the sun to just stop. I also noticed I was going to need more sleep.

Another text popped up, "Sorry. I should explain, will txt u soon."

Okay, was my Uber driver up to something odd, was she a stalker?

I replied, "Who are you? And what's going on!? This is creepy."

"You have no idea, I will text location to meet me.", came back as the reply. Who is this person, our town was small enough, but there were a group of people that tried to tend to themselves. The driver looked familiar, but you never really look too closely at a taxi driver to place them. I was started to think my friends were right, don't ride with strangers, or give them your number, but isn't that how our millennial culture is built. It's how we get food, chat, and get rides. But now I was really regretting last night, and resumed my preparation for a nap. Just take a nap, and this will all go away.

Hopefully...
