Going Back to Hogwarts

King’s Cross was busy like every September first with families saying goodbye and Hogwarts students getting on the Hogwarts Express. It was 2015 and I was going to my fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry along with my twin brother Fred Weasley II, Melinda Carter, and Victoire Weasley. Some of my other family members and friends were at Hogwarts as well like Max Reynolds, Teddy Lupin, Victoire’s siblings Dominique and Louis, Molly Weasley II (who we call Minnie), Melinda’s brother Alex, and now Toby Thomas was coming too. We were all close together since we spent so much time at my grandparents’, Molly and Arthur, house and were there for each other no matter what.

My mum, Aria, was holding my three year old, red haired sister Marisa and trying to keep an eye on my ten year old, black haired brother Sebastian and trying to say bye to Fred and I. We both had our mom’s black hair and blue eyes but Fred looked similar to our father, George, and his deceased twin Fred; whom he was named after. Marisa was the only one to get Dad’s red hair that matched most of my cousins.

Speaking of cousins, I felt surrounded by them right now since all of them was there saying good bye to us. I swear we all had to stand in a group and let people know we were there. I was suddenly jealous of my “uncles” Lee Jordan and Draco Malfoy who weren’t there. I hated when all of us were stuck in a close space together. I got claustrophobic. 

I looked around and found Victoire and Teddy snogging. His usually teal blue hair was now pink which probably meant his eyes were too. His hair always turned pink while he was snogging Victoire since he was a Metamorphagus. Victoire’s blonde hair was up in a ponytail and she was standing on her tippy toes to snog Teddy. I then felt jealous of them too. Not that I liked Teddy that way. I’ve been in love with my best friend Max since I was little. It might be weird since we were kind of cousins but his dad, Jude, was adopted into my mom’s family so it was blood or anything. And it was hard not to love him. He was adorable and kind and fun to be around. Definitely not like most guys at Hogwarts; especially Slytherins.

I looked around but didn’t see him. Jude, Lucy, and him must’ve been running late. I looked at my watch and saw it was almost eleven and I hoped they’d be here soon. Mum touched my shoulder and looked into my eyes. “He’ll be here soon, Princess.” She said.

“It’s almost time for the train to leave.” I said.

“Calm down, Paige.” Fred said and stood by me. “They’re probably running through the wall right now.”

Melinda came over to us then and she smiled at us. Her brown eyes shined like always and her brunette hair was naturally curled around her face. Her younger brother Alex, whom had the same brown eyes and brown hair, came with her and so did their widowed mother Jenna. Their dad Ben had died when I was eleven and I’m still not sure how. Mum just said it was an accident and that he was in a better place now.

“Have you seen Max yet?” Melinda asked me and I shook my head.

“No. They’re not here yet.” I answered as the train bell whistled. I looked up at my mum and said, “Mum.”

“He’ll be here, Paige. Just get on the train. He’ll be here.” She hugged me tight and kissed my cheek. “Send an owl soon.”

“I will.” I told her and hugged Dad.

“Got the pranks ready?” He asked. 

“Always.” I smiled.

I then hugged Sebastian and Marisa then Fred, Melinda, Victoire, Dominique, Louis, Teddy, Toby, Alex, Minnie, and I got onto the train with our luggage and pets. I had a black cat named Midnight and Fred had a brown owl named Hermes. He thought it would be appropriate since Hermes was the Greek God of traveling and messages. Melinda, Victoire, Teddy, Fred and I got into a compartment and I looked out the window for Max. My parents and the rest of the family were waving at us but I didn’t care. I just wanted Max to finally appear. I then saw Jude and Lucy standing by my mum and dad and I looked around for Max.
