Doctor's POV

"You can trust me," I said. Stella raised her eyebrows. Ella said, "How? We barely know you."

I shrugged. "I'm a very trustworthy person."

"Prove it," demanded Stella. I stood up. "Amy?" I called. She came running in, face set in anger. "Thank you, Doctor, for leaving me behind," she snapped. The twins smirked. I leaned down and muttered in Amy's ear, "I was trying to convince them I'm trustworthy. You just ruined it."

"You're welcome," she hissed. The twins shared an uneasy glance. I turned back to the twins. "Please show us," I begged.

"I think Ella and I should talk in private before deciding," said Stella. She grabbed her sister's arm and pulled her out of the room.

Stella's POV

Once I shut and locked the bathroom door, Ella whispered, "No."

"Why not?" I demanded as quietly as Ella.

"Because they don't seem very reliable. Sure, they've got a TARDIS, and, sure, they picked up the signal to help. But is that enough? The Doctor ditched Amy. I wouldn't trust someone like that to see it. He might take it or something," Ella explained.

"Ella, just because he left her behind, doesn't mean he'd take it. Ells, you don't know what you're talking about," I argued.

"Yes, I do. And stop calling me Ells. It's Ella," she snapped.

"We should show him," I said. It took some more persuasion, but I finally convinced her that they would not take it. We headed back to our bedroom. "We'll show you," muttered Ella. She pulled a key out of her pocket and unlocked the door.

Doctor's POV

Why in the universe would they have an alien war ambulance in their closet?

I tried sonicing it open, but it remained shut. "We're not unlocking that," said Stella.

"What is that?" asked Amy.

"It's an alien war ambulance. Have you opened it?" I asked the twins.

"Well, if you know that it's a alien war ambulance-" began Ella.

"Then we can tell you that-" continued Stella.

"It's not an alien war ambulance-" said Ella.

"but a TARDIS," finished Stella.

"That's not possible," I whispered. "How do you have a TARDIS?" I demanded.

The twins looked at each other. "Because?" guessed Stella.

"Doctor, if that's what the man is after," said Amy, "and that's a TARDIS, then...?"

Then it dawned on me. The man was after a TARDIS . I looked at the twins. "Who is this man?" I asked.

"We told you, we don't know," said Ella said impatiently.

"When does he appear?" asked Amy.

"Around this time, every night. It's always at night," said Stella. I looked out the window. Sure enough, there was a man, standing out there. He looked up at me. "Does he look like that?" I asked, pointing at him. The twins nodded. Amy looked too. "Doctor, there's no one there."

I looked down again. He was still there. "But he's there, I swear," I grabbed Amy and pushed her into my spot. I pointed at him. "See him? He's looking at us. He looks rather blank. You really don't see him?"

Amy shook her head. I looked at the ceiling. "Only the twins and I can see him. I wonder why..."

"Our neighbor Kat can see him," said Ella.

"Can I meet her?" I asked. The twins looked at each other and shrugged. "Sure."

"Great." Amy got off the bed. Ella and Stella left, me and Amy following them. "Where does she live?" I asked.

"Right below us," said Stella. I noticed whatever they did, whether it was talking or doing things, they took turns.

Once in the corridor, Ella locked the door. She and her sister raced to the stairs. "What's she like?" asked Amy.

"She's very nice," said Ella.

When we reached the second floor, Stella and Ella said to each other, "Race you there," and took off. I rolled my eyes.

When Amy and I reached the room Ella and Stella were waiting by, Ella knocked on the door. A young woman with long, curly, dirty blonde hair and deep green eyes answered. I could see a curve of a pregnancy. "Hi Kat!" chorused the twins.

"Hey, Ella, Stella," she responded.

"Kat, we found someone who can see him," said Stella.

"Really?" she asked.

Ella nodded. "Kat, meet the Doctor. Doctor, Kat."

"She's a were cat," added Stella.

"I've met someone named Doctor before," Kat said. "He looked very different."

"I've met someone named Kat before," I responded, "and she looked very much like you."

"Strange..." she muttered. Her hand drifted to her bulging belly.

"Have you guys met?" Amy asked. I pulled her away and muttered, "We'll talk about it in the TARDIS." To the twins I said, "I've really got to go. It's late. Ella, Stella, why don't you go home?"

"I need to talk to the twins," said Kat. I nodded and pulled Amy to the lift.

Amy's POV

"Do you know her?" I asked once we were in the lift.

"I think," the Doctor said.

"Really?" I asked.

"I don't know. I need her last name to make sure," he said.

"Okay..."

"Really! And what she plans on naming her kid. Especially if it's a girl. It's important," he explained.

"Why if she's naming her kid?" I asked.

"Full of questions, are we? It's important. Not for you-for me to find out if I know her. But it's late. Let's go back to the TARDIS. You need sleep." I wanted to protest, but he was right.
