Let the Games Begin

Everybody joined, except for Hannah and Melissa. Hannah had to work and Melissa... Well, she also was working (because she wanted too) with the maid. I knew she didn't trust her. She was always watching Natasha (the maid) and everything she did had to be monitored by Melissa. In my opinion, she was just being paranoid.

Before starting the shootout, we decided that one shot would be enough to kill someone and that everybody only had one life. The playable area included a little bit of the beach and the house's garden.

After 30 seconds of hiding, we started. I could hear screams (excitement and pain) from everywhere. Now that I'm thinking of it, we probably should have worn vest, but no one cared.

I shot Stan immediately, but gave him an extra life out of pity. Laura fell to the hands of Danielle and Charles was on a killing spree, since he had killed Robert, John and Danielle. Thomas was trying to snipe everyone down by the beach, and killed both Stan and Louise, with an amazing timing, since those two were about to shoot me down when the shot processed. In the end,  I killed June and Frank, and then there two: me and Thomas. I hid in some shrubs while trying to spot Thomas. While doing that, I noticed some blood on the shrubbery, but Thomas shot me while I was distracted.

- I want a rematch tomorrow, ok Thomas? And there I will just wreck you.

- I don't think so. If you ever beat me it's just beginner's luck. I can headshot pretty much anyone here.

- Thomas, check yourself before you wreck yourself.

- What does that even mean? - He asked.

- You never heard of it?

- Never.

- Well, it's a way of saying "Don't jump to conclusions".

- Ok. Imma stop jumping to conclusions and let my gun do that for me.

I just shook my head and got everybody's guns. In case you're wondering, I didn't tell him about the blood because I wasn't sure it was blood. And instead of checking it, I just ignored it, mainly because I was distracted, as always.

The afternoon went on. I went to the beach with Hannah for a little bit (the mysterious woman with the fancy clothes and black hair was also there). The weather was so nice. At about 30º C (or 86 Fahrenheit), the yellow sand, white foam and the blue sea combined perfectly, on one of the most beautiful scenarios I had ever been on. It was also very romantic.

However, work was screaming her name, and we returned to the house by 5 o'clock. Hannah worked some more and I played some Wii games with whoever thought they could beat me: I think I actually went up against everyone, and I lost almost every single game of Mario Kart. I suck at games. Just thinking of it makes me giggle.

We also played some Wii Sports, but I won every game there. It's sports so it was way easier for me, given as I tend to work out every day. Dinner was served at about 9 o'clock and then we continued with our games, until the mysterious woman in black knocked at the door.

Thomas answered  it and was immediately knocked on the floor, by Stella. She had a gun on her hands.

- Nobody move, or I'll swear to God I'll blow your brains out! - She took her wig off to reveal her pretty blonde hair. I went to reach for my gun but she shot the wall next to me. I thought that she would assume that she had shot me, so I just threw myself onto the ground, pretending to be injured. - It's time to get my revenge. - she said, while heading in Frank's direction.

Author's note: So sorry that this chapter took me longer and that it's small, but I want to delay the murder to extend the book as much as possible. Hope you are enjoying. Did you know who the mysterious woman was? Let me know in the comments. :D
