Sam:

Sam has always been and early riser, and, realistically, it’s likely that he always will be. In consequence, when you wake up in the morning after the two of you have had sex, Sam has probably been out of bed for hours, like on a normal day. Before you have a chance to ponder what Sam is doing up so much earlier than you, you tune in to the sounds and smells around you and catch a whiff of whatever breakfast he is cooking, along with the sizzling of the pan it’s being cooked in. By this time, you’ve mustered up the energy and willpower to leave that comfortable bed of yours and join your boyfriend. For formality, you typically slip on the shirt and boxers you or he discarded from his body from the previous night, having transferred them to the floor. “Morning, sunshine” you barely enter the kitchen before Sam is greeting you, with a smile on his face and boxers he somehow fished out of his chest of drawers without disturbing you (he knows how much you love to where his clothes in any situation, let alone on the morning after, so he doesn’t interrupt your enjoyment). The two of you share breakfast, and talk all the way through it; it isn’t to fill the silence, exactly, but your conversations normally go on for a long while in the night, and when the two of you are in a compromising position, there’s not much dialogue present. Therefore, you have a lot to make up for the next morning; the both of you have always had a lot to say to one another. In fact, so much so that for much of the time, silence is rare between the two of you. You smile and laugh at what he has to say, and reply with an equal amount of fervour, but you’re preoccupied thinking about how perfect the previous night was.
