sending signals and red flags in waves, it's hard to tell the difference between blood and water these days

🍃🌨🍃

noahs wide eyes were filled to the brim with tears, overflowing. tears left his brown orbs as if someone had left the tub running.

his salty rain drop tears mixed with the blood running down his face. the large droplets made contact with the cuts on his stained, beautiful face which only added to the pain.

caleb and gaten had left a total of thirty seconds ago, but hopelessness had set in an hour ago. when the taller boys duct taped his mouth shut and tied him to the sink.

noah couldn't move, couldn't scream. he wasn't sure if he would move if he could, just considering how much he was in from merely sitting.

oh god, how he wished he could give someone a signal, or raise a flag, to let anyone know he was here. he would even take his dad.

it was getting hard to breathe as anxiety beckoned him into fast paced breaths and blurry vision.

the door to the messy bathroom flew open and noah small, beaten body curled up in a small ball.

"what the hell?!"

noah couldn't recognize the voice, it was definitely an adult though.

the brown haired boy whimpered and closed his eyes-actually, it's more like he let them close. he tried to stay awake because he knew what happened next, the black out.

"kid, kid! stay awake! it's okay!"

the older figure brought out their phone and dialed nine-one-one as quickly as the could.

noahs anxiety attack coaxed him further and further into the darkness and despair.

a small groan flew past the broken boys lips as he welcomed darkness and empty pain.

bliss.
