"What are you up to? Lemme see" says Anne as she tries to read my journal. Quickly I close it and play it cool in order to avoid further questions which I know Anne WILL ask.
I laugh, her voice is so sharp and it's so annoying. The first weeks I swear I wanted to file the papers to change my roommate, but after a couple months Iv'e learned how to deal with it and it's funny even."Can I read it?" she says very innocently. Even though she's more like a bossy witch with a b. Still the nicest one from St. Collins.
"Why would you want to read a syllabus from Mr. Gallagher's Biology class" I say taking my journal away from her.
"Why would you get all worked up about a syllabus?" I wish I could be a vampire sometimes, I could compel Anne to go away.
I look deeply into her eyes. "Annabelle, I was reading Mr. Gallagher's syllabus and no more. You will ask no further questions." She quickly hops of my bed.
"How about we go and grab some snacks, I'm starving." She says grabbing her shoulder bag.
"Sure.." I say. What just happened? Did she really believe my syllabus story just like that. This is weird, but I'm not complaining.
