1st Chapter

Ashlixia's Point of View

AS I walked out of the building, some of the students greeted me. Iba talaga pag mayaman maraming pumapansin. As I reach the ground floor, many students particularly my classmates try to have some conversation with me. Too bad for them I don't entertain nonsense and pathetic bitches. Iritang irita na ako ng makasakay ako sa limousine namin.

"Is there any problem Miss Ashli?" James suddenly asked when he noticed that I'm pissed.

I was about to answer when two girls pass by our limo.

"Pinansin ka ni Ashli?"

"Nope. But we should befriend her. Malay mo mabiyayaan tayo ng yaman non kung sakaling maging kaibigan niya tayo." I just smiled, masyado silang madaldal at hindi manlang nila alam na ang mismong pinaguusapan nila ay nakikinig na mismo sa kanila.

"Tama! Dapat magdala ka bukas ng something na makakakuha ng attention niya! I think you can bring her some street foods." The other girl replied.

"Magandang ideya! Bakit ba kasi hindi na lang tayo pinanganak na mayaman?" The girl sighed and started walking away with her friend.

"Kung sana mayaman tayo edi sana masarap ang buhay." That was the last statement I heard.

I chuckled about their conversation. Mas gusto nilang magpakahirap na maging kaibigan ko para lang hindi na sila mahirapan sa buhay nila. Instead of studying hard they just make an efforts on how to caught my attention.

Most of the people I met wanted to be rich as fuck. Well, they think it's great because they can eat what they want, they can afford to buy even trendy stuffs. Having tons of money comes with great responsibilities. Kailangan mong mapanatili angniying kinatatayuan. Being rich will make your life in danger including the person close with you. Pwede nilang gamitin ang taong malalapit sayo para makuhanan ka ng pera. Some pretend as your ally but in the first place they really are the real traitor. That's the main reason why I don't trust others so much easily.

Well this is my last day for this school. I had fun, I've gained a lot of experience to cherish. At least kahit na sa maikling panahon na pumasok ako sa Amadeo National High School ay naranasan ko maging normal na estudyante. Aside from those people who try to offered friendship with me kasi nalaman nilang mayaman ako.

Tapos na ang ilang buwan na pagpasok ko sa school na ito. The next day I will start my real life.

"Miss Ashli?" James speak up to get my attention, I diverted my gaze to him and arch my left eyebrow.

"Pwede na po ba tayong umalis?" He simply asked and I nodded in response.

As we enter the mansion, the maids greeted in sync. I just continued walking inside the mansion.

"Do you want something Miss Ashli?" Jane asked me. She's my personal maid.

"Please give me a cup of coffee and a butter toast also. Kindly bring it in the garden." I answered, Jane nodded and leave.

I walked across the mansion until I reach the garden. I seated at the wooden bench while waiting for my coffee. I always stay here to enlighten my mind. Napakarelaxing tingnan ang mga bulaklak at puno sa garden. It was my comfort place I think?

After a couple of minutes, dumating si Jane na dala dala ang coffee at butter toast ko. I motioned her to put it on the round table beside me. Iniwan niya na ako after that.

I feel the cold breeze of air since its already afternoon. As I was sipping my coffee, My butler cleared his throat to get my attention.

"What is it James?" I asked and proceed on eating my butter toast.
