Day 4

You stared blankly up on the ceiling as you can't move a single muscle, Sans was right beside you sleeping as dried tears covered his cheeks you never seen him this depressed before he only cried when he have a nightmare or he did something wrong but not this time....... he was crying because of YOU..... the thought of not having you every single day makes him like a total garbage and the thought of not having YOU AROUND makes him regret of being born......

"Mom.... why did you collapse? You made me, dad and Luna scared....." Eclipse said as he hugged you very tight but not tight enough to make you not breath tears started to form from the corner of your eyes as you tried hugging him back but can't instead you just burried your face on his neck.

"I'm sorry for making you all worry I promise when I get out we'll be having lots of fun!" You said as you felt your heart shattered remembering something...... it's almost time for you to go.......

"Mom.... we don't need anything..... besides when we're with you it seems like we already have what we always wanted!" He said winking at you making you giggle.

"Oh God! Eclipse stop being so flirty! Mom is already in the hospital and she needs to rest NOT listening to your horrible flirts!" Luna yelled making Sans shot open and look at you with teary eyes hugging you.

"Thank Asgore you're still here!" He said as tears started to fall from your eyes as your hands started to hug him back even if it hurts like hell.

"Ssshhhh I'm still here no need to worry......" You said as you kissed him on the lips making Luna and Eclipse 'Aaawww' even though they're trying not to vomit.

"Promise me you'll still be here tomorrow?" He asked as he broke the hug caressing your cheek softly you only nod as you fell asleep from exhaustion.

"Dad what do you mean by 'still be here tomorrow'?" Luna and Eclipse asked in a sync looking at they're father with curious eyes Sans tried to force a fake smile looking away from them.

"It's nothin'" He said he sang a lullaby making you smile in your sleep the twins just mumbled an 'ok' and walked closer to you singing along the lullaby Sans was singing.

"You are our Sunshine........ Our only Sunshine" "You make us happy! When skies are grey......" "You never know Mom......." "How much we love you......."

"Please don't take my sunshine away" Sans mumbled as tears started to form his eyes again as he sat beside you trying to be awake as much possible "Don't sleep for too long.... ok...?" He asked as you just slept peacefully he smiled and kissed your forehead sleeping next to you on a chair resting his head on the side.......

"I'm........ sorry...... Sans......"
