Riley's POV
Now it's 11:46 am. I just walk around the park, and then I see James... he sees me, he smiles at my and waves. I wave back awkwardly. He runs to me.
J: yo.
R: hmm.. hey...
J: listen, can we... talk ?
R: oh, hmm... sure.
I say and we both sit on a bench next to each other. As we realize that we sit way to close to each other, we immediately move a little to get some space. What can I say, we got used to sit really close to each other...
J: ok... listen... I know we used to have a really serious relationship with each other, but, I still really care about you Riles... can we be friends at least ?
James say with a light smile as he put his hand on my thigh gently. When he realizes what he did, he moves his hand fast to his pocket.
R: sure, James. I'd love to.
James's POV
R: sure, James. I'd love to.
Riley says with a smile. Don't get me wrong, I would do anything to get my girl back. This is just a part of my plan: I'll be her friend, until she'll fall in love with me all over again, and then we'll date, and then we'll get married- simple.
J: good. K, I gotta go now... bye Ri !
R: bye James.
Riley say before we give each other a hug. From some reason, this hug is really tight, and long for a friendly hug.
Maybe I have hope with Riley after all.
