It wasn't until classes were over that I could finally shake Marcus from my side. I sat at the base of an old tree next to the Black Lake. I looked around for anyone watching me before pulling out Oliver's note.

Meet me at the Room of Requirement at 5 - Oliver W.

I look at my watch that Uncle Luc gave me for my birthday two years ago.

4:45 p.m.

I quickly picked up my stuff and bolted back inside the castle and make my way to the seventh floor. It took me about 10 minutes because nobody would move out of my way. When I finally got there, the whole floor is empty besides Oliver and I. I walk up to him.

"Why did you ask me to meet you here?" I ask.

"Shh! Not here." He tells me, the processed to pace back and forth 3 times. When he was done he stood next to me and stared at the wall in front of us. I looked at the wall to see a door about six feet tall. Oliver takes hold of my left hand and leads me into the room.

The room was very well lit. It a very homey feel to it also. It looked sort of like a library but instead of the books being on shelves, the books were on this big table in the middle of the room. There were maybe 50 books. On the walls were some sort of family tree with pictures of people with their names under them. Oliver closed the door as I turn to look at him.

"Now are you going to tell me what's going on?" I ask.

"Okay, I'll get straight to it. As soon as you told me that your mothers husband was not your father, I knew the rumors were true. And I needed to show you." He said.

"What rumors?" I ask as he leads me to the far right side of the room.

"My father was a pureblood but I know next to nothing about my mother. But my father was raised like every pureblood thinking that everybody was beneath him, that is until he met my mother. My dad used to hang around all the other purebloods, your mother included. From what my dad said is your mom only had eyes for one guy the whole time she was here. Didn't you ever wonder why your mother hates her cousin Sirius so much and not his brother?"

"I can think of a lot of things. He was not sorted into his family house is a start." I say.

He points to the part of the family tree with my mom's  and I's name. If you look really closely there is a faint tree branch linking my mom to her cousin Regulus and a tiny branch splitting off in the middle of them leading to my dead brother and I.

"Are you telling me that not only am a bastard but I'm a bastard of incest?" I question. My anger is rising.

"I'm only conveying rumors." He said simply.

"Rumors that you believe." I say I as turn to him.

"I don't if I believe them but just think about it. You can come here any time you want to read about your family." He said as he gestures to the many books on the table.

I look at the books and walk to the door, I stopped just before the door.

"I will. And I will think about it but that doesn't mean I believe you okay?" I say as I open the door. I walk out and make my way to the common room.

It can't be true, my mom would never do that..... right?

More thoughts just like that kept running through my head. When I reached the door I mumbled the password. I walk into my room and see my Aunt Cissy's Owl waiting for me on my bed.

"She's been sitting there for almost an hour. Where were you?" Daphne questioned me.

" I was in the library." I lied.

I walked over to my bed and took the letter from Aunty's owl. I rummage through my trunk for the bag of owl treats and give her three treats.

"Thank you." I say to Aunt Cissy's owl as I let it out the window. I open the letter to find not one but two letters.

From Aunt Cissy and my Mother.
