Dylan O'Brien is planning on proposing? This morning, just after lunchtime, O'Brien was spotted conversing with a saleswomen inside Tiffany & Co. Later leaving with a small bag in hand. A close source states, "He's crazy about her. He's proposing on her birthday, I mean what other time is better?"
