"Katt get your ass out of bed this instant!!" I hear a yell come from downstairs.
Fuck. What did I do now? I never really do anything but my foster parents always blame everything Penelope does wrong on me. Penelope is my foster sister. We're both the same age, 15. but thats the only thing we have in common because shes a prep and i'm emo...We automatically hate each other.
"Can you explain to us why you were out late last night??" Jane asked.
"How do you know it was me?!?! it could've been your fucking bitch of a daughter!!!" I screamed. "i was in my so called room last night i have no real friends everyone who talks to me all they want is for me to try harder next time i try to commit suicide!!!"
"maybe you should you don't deserve this family!!" Penelope yelled back.
I ran upstairs grabbed my laptop, ipod, diary and some clothes and put it in a bag. I called my best friend Jade.
"Hello?"
"Jade can i stay at your house tonight..? The Foster people are doing it again and i plan on running away tomorrow after school."
"awe Katt My mom loves you, of course you can stay here hun"
"thanks your the best i love you Jade"
" i know i am haha" i could hear the smile in her voice rise. i hung up the phone after that threw my phone in my bag and jumped out my window. I ran as fast as i could out the door leaving a note behind saying:
Dear my fake family,
you will never hear from me again i hope you like it. i changed my phone number so you cant call me. i hope i die out there and so does Penelope so well this is goodbye probably forever.

I could see Jades house when headlights pulled up beside me. Shit Shit Shit. Stay Calm Katt Just act cool and collected and no one will notice your running away. I hear a window roll down and a deep voice clear their throat.
"hey Sweetheart you need a ride...?" the deep voice asks. I turn Around to see Penelope's boyfriend Collin Coroner.
"No thanks Collin I'm just headed up to Jade's house" i pointed in the direction of her house
"alright hun just call me if you need anything you still have my number right..?"
"yeah i do but hey collin?"
"Yeah?"
"Dont tell Penelope or anyone else you saw me tonight kay?"
"alright i can do that" he smiles
"thanks collin your the best" i go over to his car and hug him. I walked up to Jade's front door as he drove away.
Knock Knock.
"Kitty!!" i hear Jade's Little sister Lizzie shout as she opens the door.
"why hello Lizzie! Jade upstairs?"
"yeah she is" she sighs and looks down as i walk upstairs and knock on Jade's door.
"Who is It!!" Jade yells
"It's Skie!!" i say in a deep voice trying not to laugh.
