I opened the trapdoor, and poked my head out. I was in my laundry room! I come in here often, since I have to do the washing up. There had always been a little tile in the corner of the room that looked different to the others. Turns out it was a trapdoor, down to the basement that I had no idea about!
I pulled myself out of the little hole in the floor, and closed the door over it.
I took a moment to process what had just happened. I sat in the corner of the room to contemplate myself.

TRIGGER WARNING (I think..)

Tears welled up in my eyes. One rolled down my bruised cheek. I deserved this. I'm a stupid girl who doesn't know how to control her emotions. Meghan is the only ray of sunshine on my rainy day. But she wouldn't care if I wasn't here. She doesn't like me the way I like her.
I got up and walked down the hall to my room. I had a single bed, a broken, wooden floor, and a tiny wardrobe. I took my hoodie off from around my waist and laid it out on my bed. The bloodstain wasn't too bad.
I examined my back. Well, I couldn't really examine it properly, since it was my back. But I could tell it had healed a little, and I was no longer bleeding.

~Time skip~

I had bandaged up my back, so it could heal. I washed my hoodie so it was in better shape. By the time I was done it was 11:00pm. My parents weren't home yet. I didn't care if they weren't home.

By the time I was done I passed put on my bed. As long as I'm asleep and nothing can hurt me, I didn't care.
