Can't Breathe

"V-Veronica?" Baekhyun asked the girl who just sat down.

"Uh. Are you def? I said my name is Roni." the girl rolled her eyes in dismay.

Maybe Baekhyun was over-thinking so much that when he hears the word 'roni', the mystery, horrible girl Veronica creeps up onto his mind.

"I'm sorry." he bowed.

The trainer went back from the clinic to check up on SeulChan. "Okay, we'll take a break. This has been a pretty long training especially for SeulChan." he paused, looking at Lexi. "And Lexi."

"But, always remember this training with me will only last for 2 days and after that, you'll have to train on your personal trainer."

Tina came out with a folder in her hands. "All of you, go to the Lunch Room and have lunch together."

"No buts." she continued then went out of the Training Room.

Everybody whined about it but, they didn't have any choice but obey her.

"You don't want to eat?"

SeulChan took a glance at Byunghun then stared back at the steak in front of her. "I don't feel like eating."

"Why?" he asked again.

"Aish. Just go eat. I'll go get some water." SeulChan stood up, but her body was so painful. She just sat down again and looked at Byunghun. "Can you get me some water?"

"Yea sure. Why don't you just stay in your room?"

"I don't want to either. It's too boring. I want to go home."

"Okay then. After lunch, I'll send you home. And, I will inform Tina about this, okay?" SeulChan nodded.

People were eating their food peacefully. The workers served them the food they wanted. Any kind of food, but the next day, they have to eat vegetables for their health since they will be joining the battle.

"Are you even okay with those bandages?" SeulChan looked up only to see Lexi with her tray.

"Of course." She smiled.

Lexi placed a hand on her shoulder and squeezed it lightly. "I'm really sorry about what happened yesterday."

SeulChan furrowed her eyebrows. "But, that was just a while ago."

"Oh, but it seemed like yesterday."

Lexi chuckled, looking at Byunghun. SeulChan faked a cough and muttered, "So, uhh... Let's eat?" she looked at Byunghun.

SeulChan didn't really like how the steak was cooked, so she decided to eat the french bread. Lexi then walked away from their table. When they were done eating, the competitors went straight to their respective units. SeulChan and Byunghun asked permission from Tina and she agreed.

As SeulChan and Byunghun made their way to the car, she felt so tired, dizzy. She wanted to choke but nothing's coming out from her mouth.

"Hey, are you alright?" Byunghun asked, placing a hand on her shoulder. The lass nodded and said, "Yea. Just wanna go home."

He started the car and focused on the road. It was so quiet, but SeulChan decided to connect her phone to the car using the connector to play some songs. She pressed Demons by Imagine Dragons.

"I like that song a lot." The lad spoke, taking a glance at her then back to the road. "Me too."

Then, they never spoke any words. Different songs were playing, until they passed by Suho's house. Her heart was beating so fast as if it was being chased by a deer. Byunghun looked at her suspiciously as she glanced at the house, checking if someone was there. Byunghun stopped the car right in front of it and looked at her.
